   Came across this place whilst visiting Warwick Castle and thought I would give it a try as the decor looked inviting. I wish the same could be said for the food but the experience was not great. The 9 inch pizza cost 11 pounds which was a joke and hardly had any toppings on even though I was charged for extras. The shawarma wraps I ordered weren’t even made on site as I saw one of the workers go outside and get them from another place!! The milkshakes were thin and runny and tasted like blended milk with some Oreo’s chucked in! All in all it was a disappointing visit and £43 of which I could have spent elsewhere on decent food. It is obvious to say that I won’t be returning here in a hurry!!

   Very very disappointed. Lots of Toppings missing, absolutely drenched in a “garlic and herb DRIZZLE As per description” made it sweet tasting and could enjoy the seafood let alone taste it. Telephoned twice trying to let the caprino team know About the cock up !! They Hung up twice, third time lucky and when they did answer there was not a manager working No supervisor to hear the issue. I worked very hard all day to receive this rubbish. I think we have to reconsider ordering from Caprinos Warwick again Sorry guys but you really let yourselves down this time.

   The food here is good quality, meals are decently priced, but the delivery times are awful. Sometimes it could take up to 1-2 hours for food to arrive. I live down the road to caprinos - approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance and yet it can take hours to arrive? I don't understand that. Other than that, the food is good, somehow arrives warm, and pricing is okay. If you buy from here I recommend collection so you can get your food quicker, and also, bring cash for collection - they don't accept card.

   Where do I start ,I orders my food ,after 2 hours waiting I had to phone them to see where it was ,they said the driver would be 5 minutes,then after waiting a further 30min my food still hadn’t arrived after getting through to them. the driver had got lost and would be another 10 minutes and had to call me so I could direct him (house is not hard to find) Then another 20 minutes went by and still nothing ,he eventually showed up with half my order and no drink ,food was cold absolutely disgusting service would never come back or recommend to anyone

   Idk how they've managed to get 4 stars here. Delivery took way too long and everything was cold. It was already nothing special and overpriced. I was especially excited about the chocolate pizza because it looked unique but it was tiny and tasted awful. Would never order from here even with a good discount very disappointed.
