   Was just passing by when I was feeling a bit peckish so decided to stop here. Had the Stilton Chicken with fries and it was absolutely delicious!! Service was great with staff there when I needed them despite them being busy and me arriving unannounced! Great pub!

   excellent food and value for money. A family group of 10 adults and two children fed extremely well. Quality Sunday roast and other delightful meals from the main menu delivered in a timely manor. much better quality and value than the Barn at Meriden. excellent choice

   Booked a table of 12 for a Christmas celebration and had a wonderful time! The staff could not have been more attentive, constantly keeping us topped up with drinks and condiments. Lovely atmosphere, the food was delicious, would definitely return and heartily recommend :) Thanks for having us

   Sunday lunch was pretty good, with a good size plate, nice Yorkshires and tasty meat. The roast potatoes didn't quite hit the spot and they had a number of beer taps unavailable at the time. The sticky toffee pudding & crumble are the way to go for dessert; the Christmas pudding portion is comically small, the sticky toffee pudding is at least 4x the size. The beer garden area looks pretty exciting, but we didn't spend any time out there during this visit. It's a nice little spot for lunch, great service and plenty of people about, would certainly give it another shot!

   Went to The Shilton Arms on a Thursday when they opened at noon. I brought my brother who lives in the states and he couldn't believe the variety of food on the menu. The service was fantastic and the food was so filling we didn't have room for dessert! (We did have have coffees and Cappuccinos) We were there about an hour and a quarter, and by the time we left the place was filling up quickly. I definitely recommend eating here! And call in advance would be a good idea.

   Very good local pub. Homely feel inside, aided by very friendly and helpful staff. The food was also very tasty (the cheese sauce with the steak was amazing in particular) and filling and the steak was done perfectly. There is also a good selection of drinks and specials.
