   Chicken Plus Peri Peri really impressed me. The food was hot, tasty and the portions were huge. For £10 I got what was basically a full chicken and a portion of fries that felt more like extra large. The prices are fair for what you get, the flavour is spot on, and the place looks very clean, with a 5-star food hygiene rating. I’m a genuinely happy customer and would definitely recommend them.

   I recently had a terrible experience at Chicken Plus Peri Peri that I feel compelled to share. After eating there, I ended up with food poisoning and have been in the hospital ever since. I've been non-stop throwing up, and on top of that, I've had a really bad headache and a high temperature. It’s been an awful situation, and I can’t believe I got so sick from what I thought would be a simple meal. I really hope they take food safety seriously because no one should have to go through this. And I will not let this slide without doing anything about it.

   I bought one chicken and one mutton biryani. There are no spices in the biryani; it does not taste like biryani. It's more like rice with chili powder. There are no spices in the biryani, but the meat is good.

   Food aint bad but placing the order is a traumatic experience because the staff can't understand anything youre saying. Even though they stand around not really doing a lot to keep warm it amazes me that in the middle of winter it's apparently necessary to keep the air con running creating an ice bar experience with added chicken. If there's anything you want that isn't already pre cooked please don't bother asking for it because they are too lazy to cook it for you and are very persistent in trying to convince you to change your order.

   Very bad service , staff were really rude when I was placing an order this might be due to the fact that's a language barrier as they didn't understand anything I was asking. I found hairs in the food . Food wasn't fresh as it was cold. Staff really need to sort their hair out. I live locally but I'm never going there again.

   I would have given 0 stars but I have to give one due to Google's rating system but the last time I ordered food I found several hairs within the chicken fillet burger and fries were really cold. I would never order or eat food from here again due to this awful, horrible, horrid experience.

   the food was great quality, everyone was warm and the chicken was very soft. the staff was very friendly, our food took a little bit as the order was long so they added a free portion of fries. the prices are cheap as the chicken fillet burger was only 4.99. would definitely recommend as a chicken shop
