   I visited Nando’s with my mate on Thursday 18th December, shortly after 8pm. On arrival, we stood at the entrance for a significant amount of time without being greeted or approached, despite staff clearly noticing our presence. After receiving no acknowledgment, we had to walk over to the tills ourselves before a member of staff eventually came over to take our order. The interaction felt disorganised and lacked the basic level of attentiveness expected in a customer-facing environment. While waiting for our food, we observed a couple arrive who were immediately greeted at the door and shown to a table. This contrast in treatment was noticeable and disappointing, particularly given that such inconsistency is not typical of the service standards associated with Nando’s. The food arrived in reasonable time and was of good quality; however, the meals were delivered separately, with over a five-minute delay between my mate’s dish and mine. When customers order together, meals should be served together, and this gap reflected poor coordination. Overall, the experience fell below expected standards due to a lack of initial engagement, inconsistent service, and avoidable issues with order delivery. This feedback is provided professionally and constructively, with the aim of highlighting areas where service standards clearly need improvement.

   I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but I felt genuinely obliged to after the service we received from Premilla. We arrived at Nando’s at 9:58pm, just two minutes before the kitchen closed , so we honestly didn’t expect to be let in. Not only did Premilla welcome us, she encouraged us to sit down and made us feel completely at ease. Her service was excellent throughout. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly friendly. Even though we felt like we might have been inconveniencing the team, she never made us feel that way for a second. We ended up chatting and it was clear she has a heart of gold. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever received. Premilla is an absolute credit to Nando’s

   The chicken was not cooked so well. It’s meant to be chargrilled as it shows on the photos. I asked them to cook it more or change it the manager there (?) refused to do anything about it. She goes around asking is the food is okay or if the customers are happy, if they are not she doesn’t do anything about it. This is the only Nando’s where the chicken was underdone like this.

   Great service - Even when the restaurant was full, the service was on point! The online ordering system is so good and works fab when you are part of a big group and everyone pays separately. Fab food, delicious!

   Loved our first visit to a Nandos. Our waitress was nice and welcoming, as we were newbies talked us through the menu too. Ordered by the app, food came quickly, and was lovely. Not too much for hot so had the mild, tried the orange and mango chutney (lovely). Will definitely come back.

   Landed lucky table for 5 and a zero wait at 5.30pm saturday night. Ordered on the app easy as, Came quick and tasted great as per usual . Great for a quick bite before heading over the road to the cinema. Staff always friendly frequently visit, Clean.

   Nice restaurant, with a good atmosphere. You’ll find a lot of youngsters here due to the cinema and local bowling place. The staff are very warm and friendly. The food was served up with little wait. We ordered a Beanie wrap and a imitator burger. The wrap was nice as it always has been. However, I cannot say the same about the burger.. unfortunately it tasted like seasoned rubber in a bun. I would recommend this Nandos however stay away from the “fake” dishes.

   My first time to eat there got me to keep going on a daily basis during my business trip :D Very good hospitality and the food is just great! Highlights are the boneless chicken thighs, fino pitta and the AMAZING brownie! Can't wait to come back :(
