Has to be the best fish and chip shop in the country the food was excellent everything was cooked fresh and very friendly service. Would highly recommend trying if you’ve not been before
We come to here from Coventry for a little treat every now and again. Staff are really friendly and efficient. A lot of thd time food is cooked to order so is always nice and fresh. Can honestly say, in all the times we have been here, we have never had anything but really nice fish and chips. Highly recommended!
Great fish and chips. The fish was very fishy, likewise the chips were very chippy, from this chippy. I had curry sauce and dipped my chips in several times. Although you could have a different condiment if you are not in the mood for curry sauce. However on that particular Tuesday, I was.
The staff, food and service was all excellent. We were on the canal and wanted a treat, called up and they were helpful about bank holiday opening hours and we walked there and got a fabulous meal. Good value for money, attention to detail and very tasty. Sausages HUGE and the kebab was delicious. Fish was enjoyed very much and nothing was greasy and chips perfect.
My pie was warm at best, and my chips were undercooked. Not good enough!!!
Lovely staff but as English was not the first language of the man serving me 3 items were missing from my order. Wouldnt stop me going through as the food is lovely and prices very reasonable. Would recommend
We actually go for a little drive out of Coventry especially to get chips here. The staff in there are so friendly, and we have never had bad chips from there. For £3.50 you get a really generous large portion. I can't recommend them enough.
Had a walk starting by Brinklow Castle. On our return, passed by Brinklow Fish Bar. Both my son & I commented how good the food smelt... We soon decided to pop in. Both very glad we did! Chips were delicious. I had All Steak pie cooked really nicely, son had mini fish. We sat by the church at the castle to eat and going by the appreciative noises he kept making, he really enjoyed it! Rated excellent by my fussy child! Thoroughly recommend both the food and the friendly service!
