   The room was very clean. However, I found the bed to be very soft (my opinion only) as I am used to a hard bed. On both occasions, I went to the restaurant all the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, the food was very good and I enjoyed both meals, the atmosphere was a bit subdued (no fault of the hotel) as there was a wake being held on the day of my visit (condolences to the family and friends)

   Great place as always. This is our second stay here in 2 years, and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The spa and leisure facilities are great. There's a beauty room providing lovely treatments, a well equipped gym, a lovely swimming pool with sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. There's also a tennis court, snooker table and golf course. We have had lunch twice in the bar/restaurant and enjoyed the food very much. We're looking forward to our next stay here.

   A super place to visit, vibrant seating areas including outdoor seating which has clever screening. Beautifully presented and tasty afternoon tea. We have had several afternoon teas as part of the pamper days which are a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
