Great food, right up there for the best mix grill I've eaten! everything was cooked perfectly chicken was moist,steak was perfectly cooked to my liking even the fried egg was perfect with the gammon. The other 3 meals was just as good we will be returning next week for my girlfriends birthday
I went for a team lunch with work, around opening time mid-week. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was varied and all delicious! I enjoyed the BBQ Chicken Burger with chips and coleslaw, and there were lots of lunch offers, such as 2 for £18. Also, some nice decor and lots of parking on site. I'll definitely be going back soon!
Our first time here today for lunch. Very fresh & tasty. Lovely decor, as has recently been renovated. Tina our server, was lovely & made us feel right at home! We’ll definitely be back!
Visited as part of a pre-Fathers Day trip out to a tourist attraction not far away. Hadn't been before so selection based on reviews and had a positive first impression when I booked over the phone, as the chap I spoke to was very friendly. It was very busy but our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I went for the halloumi burger and my husband the veggie version of the mexican chicken - both were tasty and the children enjoyed their meals too. As there is a large garden outside and it was a warm evening, we moved outside after finding a free table. Great first visit and a place to remember if we are in the area again. Good kids menu and veggie options.
Have been for a meal here tonight, and was so impressed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive, and the food was proper home cooked style, and absolutely delicious. Good value and nice atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.
Went for lunch with our friends who live locally. The beer,service and food (steak and ale pie) were first class. Spotlessly clean tiolets.
Attended a birthday party. Staff were lovely and friendly. A fabulous buffet provided by the pub, with a great variety of foods. Had a very enjoyable evening.
Ashamed to admit that The Roseycombe wasn't our first choice but they definitely will be next time. We were let down by another pub for a party for 30 people 3 hours before we had guests arriving. We frantically rang to see if The Roseycombe could accommodate a substantial group and such late notice and they agreed. Wow.....the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was beautiful and we had a fantastic evening. We honestly can not thank them enough
We had our team Christmas lunch (group of 15) at the Roseycombe today and the team here couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the portions size were great. Thank you again!
