   Danielle was an incredible waitress and was super helpful in the ordering process. Food was delicious and very reasonable. Would definitely go back with staff like Danielle hosting us! We went as a table of 4 and had a great time. The decor inside is very inviting!! Great addition to Rugby having Prezzo back!

   I really don’t know what happened today it was truly awful The service was extremely slow but we can forgive that for a good meal Sadly we didn’t get that !! The crab and lobster ravioli ( they are having a laugh there it was fish paste at best ) was rubbery and the lobster bisque was just a creamy glupy mess It really was inedible The crispy chicken salad which I have had a few times wasn’t much better, there’s only 4 ingredients and one, the crispy ham was missing, after waiting 20 mins and asking 4 times it turned up The pizza was ok Very very disappointed as we’ve had some good meals at other Prezzo restaurants, if Ruby don’t up their game they won’t survive The photo is the same dish at two different Prezzo restaurants, the second being Rugby !

   Leaky roof, dated decor and inexperienced staff leaves a lot to be desired. Food itself is fine, even if on the pricey side, what you’d expect from a country wide chain, but nothing to write home about. Could definitely do with a spark of life and issues like the leaky ceiling, and subsequent ruined floor updated.

   Went here on Saturday as part of a Birthday party, was told to be seated for 18.30 by 20.00 we had still not received food, even though it was pre ordered 3 weeks previous, my second pint of lager also contained food, so I don't rate the hygiene standards either. I was offered a free drink and meal but I declined, paid up and left. Would never go back.

   Food took a long while to get to us. It also had a starter missing which we think may have slowed down the main. Cocktail was good and the pasta was good. I thought they had missed off the chilli but you could just taste at the end.

   Poor service, after more than one hour waiting time they came with missing part of order. Unproffesional staff without any kind off experience in customer service. And after I received a rubish salad with old meat and letuce. I do not recomend it!

   I have been there last night and had an incredible experience... Staff were wonderful always polite checking our tables at all times . The food was amazing and in a good portion. By far one of the best pastas i had.
