   I can't praise this establishment enough. The brisket and pulled pork are divine. Sure the portions are a little small on the meat for what I'd like but trust me the flavour is worth it. Also brisket is expensive. I would eat here every day if my heart wouldn't cark it after a few weeks haha. But as an indulgent treat this is my favourite place to eat. £15 is a bit rich for some brisket and fries but I have become a little addicted to it. They need to bring back the Korean BBQ sauce though. That was my favourite. Anyway. I would recommend the smoked meats from here to anyone who loves tender flavourful meat. I wish I could get my hands on their brisket rub because it is SO delicious. Definitely one of the best eating establishments in Leeds and I only wish it was open more often but quality takes time and I'm a patient lady. Meat lovers I implore you to try the brisket and pulled pork fries you will not be disappointed but please do not be angry at me if you put on some extra pounds from indulging here haha. Oh the seasoned chips are really nice too though the strawberry milkshake could use some real strawberries blended in the cup and it would be perfect

   Top quality BBQ food. Great pizza, great burgers, great kebabs, and the chicken tenders are some of the best. I just wish they didn't use UberEats...it ruins their food every time I've gone for delivery, so will only order when I can collect now.

   Ash and his crew are the best around. Master smokers with the choicest of choice cuts. Love the tenders personally but the brisket is spectacular! Only fault is….that Ash is a Forest fan. Almost perfect!

   Ordered on their website for delivery into Amity Brewing (great idea btw). Order confirmed with delivery around 5.55pm. At 6.30 the food still hadn't arrived so we tried to ring on the number on the order, only for it not to be valid. Found another number and was told the order "hadn't printed out at their end". To be fair, it was rushed through and arrived within 10 mins. Unfortunately we had somewhere to be at 7pm, so had to rush it down. So.... the food. Very very good! We had donner topped burger, and a box of pulled pork and brisket with a side of fries. At £32 (after discount) this certainly isn't cheap. £15 for a takeaway burger without fries is a stretch, but the boxed meat probably represented better value. £4.40 for bought-in fries is a bit excessive too. Would I recommend? Well yes, but for me it would be an occasional treat, rather than a regular thing, due to the prices .

   Ordered from a well known online delivery company. This was our first time ordering from Farsley fire and smoke. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong person's delivery (our order when to another person). This was not at all the fault of Farsley fire and smoke but they went out of their way to prepare another order and personally deliver it. The food was great, portions were huge (I had the Texas brisket topped cheese burger, and the amount of beef brisket was incredible). My partner had the Texas chicken burger, the chicken was succulent and tasty with great batter. The burnt ends and Mac and cheese were also great. Overall great food and great service.

   I felt as though the brisket and pork combo was over seasoned, and tasted mostly of pepper. The pork belly burnt ends were average as they were far too sweet. Chinese honey style fries weren't anything overly special either. In my opinion the produce that is used is of a fair quality. However what comes of that is poor and definitely not worth the price, (I would personally put this down to the recepie, ingredients or in this case the lack of ingredients). I personally would not choose to dine here again without prompt change.

   Has the platter for 2 and a few extras as a Friday night treat and loved every single bite! The standout part for me was the brisket. Full of flavour, really well seasoned and just fell apart. Every element of the meal has been well thought out and compliments each other. You'd think a side dish is just an after thought but even the slaw and beans packed a punch and had so many flavours to them. I've been to America is this really is a true reflection of their BBQ style which is rare to find in the UK. You can just tell the care and attention that has gone in to making this as authentic as possible. Would highly recommend if you're a meat lover.

   In the past two weeks I have tried items from both their food trucks (different menus) and ordered their finish at home smoked meat platter (pictured). All the staff I've dealt with have been lovely and friend and the meat has always been excellent. The platter in particular was great value for money and each item had a distinct, individual flavour instead of all being smothered in sauce like some BBQ places. My new Farsley favourites!!
