The Lamb Karahi at Grill City is absolutely exceptional. The lamb is tender, perfectly cooked, and full of rich, authentic flavour. The spices are beautifully balanced—fragrant without being overpowering—and the sauce has that classic, home-style depth that makes every bite unforgettable. Paired with their fresh naan or rice, it’s a complete comfort meal and easily one of the best Lamb Karahi dishes around. Highly recommended for anyone who loves true, traditional taste.

Grill City never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. From the juicy grilled meats to the perfectly seasoned sides, every dish feels like it’s made with real care and attention. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or ordering for the whole family, Grill City delivers quality every single time. Highly recommended

I'm always hesitant to leave a really bad review, but unfortunately our experience tonight leaves me with little choice. The food itself was decent; the starters were average, the matka was lovely and the kids burgers and chicken nuggets were poor (processed and it looked so unappetising). Service and hygiene is what really let the establishment down. There was a hair in one of the chutneys. The plates were sticky and unclean, we requested new plates. The jugs that had the tap water in was vile and had what can be best described as limescale at the bottom. We waited 45 minutes for the starters to arrive. When it did, the naans that are part of the tawa came 5 minutes later. The portion of chips we ordered was cold and when we raised this the owner was argumentative and rude. I'm always willing to give people the benefit of doubt but thus experience was absolutely awful.

Got the E tawa for 2 (lamb chops, chicken boti tikka, fish masala, seekh kebab, naan, roti, chips, chicken karahi, lamb karahi, tarka daal, pilau rice). Waited half hour as it was completely freshly cooked and honestly the best tawa I’ve had. Great quality, home-cooked tasting curries. Really enjoyed it all. Definitely a place where you can bring your family - there are cornered booths aswell for a bit of privacy if you have family that wear niqab Alhamdulillah. My new go to when I’m craving Tawas.. masha allah. - Went again and tried out the masala fish, lamb chops, bbq wings for starters. Masala fish was amazing and same size fish as mother hubbards. Lamb chops were also great! Bbq wings were decent, slightly overcooked but fine. Mains we got the lamb special and chicken special - it’s like a karahi but mixed with mozzarella. Absolutely delicious and the perfect combo with naan. Definitely get them dishes when you’re craving a curry. I’ll always come here every month or so.

The emperor's platter was nice, this was enough for 4 people. The service and atmosphere needs to improve.

Went in the early evening with my family and we had to seat ourselves. The waiter handed us the menus and then a few seconds later asked if we were ready to order.while he was taking our order be showed very little interest and was just grunting and hhhmming at any questions we asked. Dirty glasses were provided with our table water. We ordered the food which arrived quite quickly. The food itself was fine not great and not so bad either. We had to keep asking for items such as napkins and cutlery and straws for the kids. When it came to pay the counter staff person was very rude, he shoved the bill in my face and continued the phone convo to his friend or whoever he was talking to.it defo didn't sound like he was taking a phone order. Overall not happy with this place and will not visit again or recommend to anyone. These guys need to up their service game big time.

We got the Tawa for 2. The food had decent flavour with various items on the tawa such as starters and mains. We really enjoyed it from start to finish. The only issue, the staff seem to forget the people sitting in back of restaurant only popped around now and then. As we needed extra naan and napkins.
