A regular visitor to the takeaway no more. This will be my last time. Gone are the large full sized haddock with lovely crunchy batter now replaced now by a small thin tail end of something 1/3rd inedible. Well done and shaken was an alien request as it was greasy spoiling the chips beneath.
I came here after gym , I searched for local chippies in the area after my gym session and decided to come here after looking at the reviews. The women who took my order was quite rude , she wasn’t attentive and was taking her time to serve me. I didn’t take much notice on this. My food came and I had a few green chips soo decided to ask about it since it wasn’t what I was expecting , the same worker decided to walk up to my table and say “have you never seen a green chip before “ with attitude. I’m pleased to say I won’t be coming here again. Food was subpar , great atmosphere and aesthetic of the store.
Unbelievable customer service by Donna, lovely to speak to and very welcoming. You have a very valuable member of staff there. Will definitely come again- food was also brilliant. Usually go to the other mother Hubbard’s in Bradford but just because of the customer service I think this is my now go to place for a fish and chippy.
Lovely food and bright comfortable dining area. The serving staff were friendly and helpful. We had fish and chips with a pot of tea. The food was well cooked and tasty.
We went for tea last week. The portions are generous and the food is tasty. Nice to also see some lighter options on the menu. I had the fiery fish which is really tasty. We were served by Donna. She was so welcoming and friendly. It was like dining with friends
Was served by Donna. Excellent service by her. Very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food piping hot and big portions. Husband had the senior meal deal which was onion rings for starter & fish & Chips for main. Didn't manage the dessert but was kindly packed up to take home. Would Highly recommend a visit to this fabulous fish and chip restaurant
