   Wanted to sit in and eat. Not tried Istanbul before but saw someone recommend on Facebook. So ordered starters and mains and was not disappointed. Portion size was really good. Food was cooked to perfection and the lady serving us was so kind and friendly. Pooja was her name. Truly lovely place to sit in and eat.

   The food is amazing. I tried shish kebabs, which were amazing. I also tried pizza and chips just for the sake of it. Chips were crunchy and worth trying. Pizza was good too. Their service and ambiance is great. I am definitely going to recommend it to friends.

   Amazing Turkish kebab shop! The food was fresh, flavourful and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, and the service was warm, fast and welcoming. Easily one of the best kebab places around, highly recommended!

   Popped in there today after not having been there for a while, I must say the quality of the food and the portion size has dramatically gone downhill. The only thing they have got going for it at present is the homemade chilli sauce if they stopped making that there would be no reason to go and have a kebab there are better places to eat in Coventry. The medium Donna advertised is in reality a small Donna it’s the smallest one they do for £6.90 the Donna filling is half of what I remember you can just tell by the weight of it (See photos) small Portions, pre cut dry meat left to stew in the pot. So if you want an overpriced small donna, masquerading as a medium size, Donna kebab with good chilli sauce, that’s the place to go to.

   Nice place to experience row taste of meat. We ordered mixed kebab, lamb chops and doner meat. Most of the mains comes with salads and choice of rice or chips. Good quantity. Lamb chops: medium cooked, no ingredients tasted in it. I would like to have it with a pinch of salt,pepper and a small shot of herbs. Skewers were good. Rice was flavoured and good quantity. Will visit again and recommend to everyone who like authentic taste. NB : not for spice or masala lovers.

   Very tasty large mixed chicken and doner kebab lots of salad. Questionable cleaning practice of cleani the knife then a stainless steel door then the window with the same cloth.

   No stars deserved for the food and service. The service was appalling we ordered for lunch at work at the hospital and it was delivered 45 minutes late, the food was all cold only suitable for the bin. The driver said he had got lost and didn't know where the main entrance to the hospital is. A bit obvious where the main entrance is !! There were some food missing also, staff was not interested in hearing us out and the worker just kept repeating he's busy and didn't want to acknowledge the situation. The service was terrible...would never be using them again.

   In a word…wow! Absolutely amazing food, and a beautiful restaurant with a very authentic feel with the decor. The food selection was plentiful and quite possibly the best kebab and falafel I’ve ever tasted. 5 star and highly recommend.

   Ordered a large order as I do every week at 6.18pm and was told it would be 40 mins to 1 hour as always no problem but I still had no food at 7.55pm to which my partner called and was told sorry it will be 10 minutes. No food still at 8.10pm so I called and asked the question where is food and he said sorry we are very busy but I questioned that the numbers don’t work out as it’s been two hours and you would of had to have 1000 calls to prevent me not getting my food he said no we had hundreds to which I said if I was told that long I would go elsewhere he had nothing to say. My food turned up at 8,35pm cold hard chips an extra rubber tasting burger and food that was either cold or not fit to eat. I didn’t even bother wasting my time to call again but I guarantee you although 30 pound a week is nothing to them I won’t be ever going there again. Forgot to Mention my orders have been wrong untold amounts of times Good riddance !!!
