   Food was excellent and piping hot. Paid for too much food we had the food we ordered but far too much went through the till! What normally cost £32 actually cost this time £46 our fault should of checked the order

   Food came an hour after the hour slot so 2 hours when we ordered when they opened. The food was freezing cold when came complained to food hub and told restraunt said tough and no refund and the live chat person said they didn’t care and hung up. Won’t order ever again, if you want to reheat Chinese and have service like that then be my guest. Bunch of jokers

   Ordered a Munchie box at 10:37pm rang at 11:06 was supposedly on its way then rang at 11:27 still on its way, contacted food hub for first time and they told them it was on its way at 11:45 then didn’t arrive till 12:18am, food turned up cold and soggy and with piles of grease or oil of some sort seeping on the side and the moment i bite into a chicken ball it was like a explosion on oil or grease in my mouth! Contacted food hub for a refund and the restaurant wanted the cold food back to examine, after reading reviews on people saying they sent it back and never received a refund I did not send it back. very poor customer service! Wouldn’t not recommend
