I’m absolutely appalled by the service I received today. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and during that time several people who came in after us were served first. Not once did anyone apologise or even acknowledge the delay. The lack of communication and basic customer care was shocking.
Just visited a few days ago with a few friends. 3 of us ordered the same thing and 10 minutes later the waiter came to our table saying what we ordered was unavailable and that we needed to order something else. We were fine with this. Then when the food did arrive only 3 out of 4 of us got our food (there were 4 of us in total) and I had to ask the waiter 20 minutes later where my food was only to get the response "what did you order?". I waited another 10 minutes before going to the front where I was then asked again "what did you order?". My first time coming to this shop and definitely my last. Also, during the entire time we were there, we had 2 waiters staring at us for some reason.
Me ,my daughter and my husband went Sopranos after long time. Around 6pm and restaurant was empty. We ordered beef burger for my daughter and my husband ordered salmon grill with vegetables. I thought restaurant is empty so we might get quick service but they took 20min for burger and chips and grilled salmon with veg. Food was ok not very amazing. After meal we ordered biscof cheese cake and chocolate chip cookies dough only 2 dessert they took 30min or more. We were the only one in the restaurant but they gave us very late our order although I asked that we are running late. One staff was nice and talking to us. Car parking issues. You need to find in both streets for parking. I might not go there again. Due to their slow service
Amazing place to eat as a couple or small family. The staff sre super friendly, was looked after by Raj & Shannon. Portion sizes are huge ' brownie points. Would recommend going here.
The food was great. We ordered the bolognese dough balls to start that my partner and I loved. For mains we had a chicken and fish parmigiana. They tasted great and the chips and sauces were brilliant. Overall we were really happy with the food and the service. The only down sides I would say are that the table settings are so close together l, obviously they are trying to make the most of the small space they have but it’s not the most comfortable having to sit so close to other diners. Another thing is that they only accept cash payments. I mean in this day and age there should be more than one option for paying! Would definitely return and recommend. Food was immpeccable. Me and my husband travelled from birmingham and stopped by this restaurant. The waiters shoaib and shannon made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. They were both exceptionally hospitable and polite. They recomended we have the parmesean chicken steak which did not dissapoing. Deffinetly a place to dine at. Ambiance was also great.
First time we had gone to sopranos this place was awesome the welcome and atmosphere was co calm and relaxed the staff were awesome so helpful especially Shanon she was ace and totally awesome she helped us through all the menu all the way to the end of our visit and made us feel so relaxed and made the experience awesome. We got the La tropics drink recommended by Shanon defo worth a try. And the chicken steak was so flavoursome and juicy. Would deffo recommend this place to everyone to try. 5 stars to the full team at Sopranos Bradford. Keep the good work up guys.
Lovely dining in experience at sopranos this evening. Portion sizes are well presented. We ordered a burger and meat ball pizza. The decor is fab and welcoming. Only negative would be that the cafe felt quite cramped when it was full with customers. Plus only take cash payments.
