   Poor Event Menu - Went for our nutrition club event and there was a special menu, all options fried and processed. They could have made a lot of money with a healthy buffet or just 1 salad and high protein option. Very disappointed in the hotel management.

   Some colleagues and I were visiting the Coventry arena for a trade show where we stopped by The Mill for lunch. I ordered the bacon and cheese beefburger. The burger arrived quickly with a good portion of chips. Both of which were delicious!

   Ordered a cajun chicken burger and It came undercooked. Just not to get salmonella, I showed it to one of the waiters and he said thats not looking good and ordered another one for me. Second one arrived with batter is all over in my plate and not looking appetizing. Bun was not fresh either. If i need to mention anything good that would be potato wedges.

   The service was atrocious. Food was not served to everyone at the same time and while some finished the meal, others were still waiting for their food. 1 person got their desert first instead of main. Someone was waiting on their drink for nearly 20 minutes. It would have been quicker if we were allowed to go behind the bar and help ourselves. Hilton should be embarrassed. Surely staff training is still a thing, right?

   Terrible service, literally the worst service I've ever experienced, food was average, portion size was pathetic. Avoid if you can, unless you like sitting around waiting for entirety for massively overpriced average food and drink to show up. Hilton should be embarrassed, this does no favours for the brand.

   Decent eatery. Decent beer. Limited menu. I gave it 4 stars because it's in a stadium/convention facility. I had the cheeseburger. It is not bad. My friends had the chicken sandwich which everyone thought was very good. The bar has a few basic spirits.

   The food was good but as is the case with many venue based operations, the prices are overly inflated. Of course, again due to the location, anyone attending a show/event at the Ricoh will be looking to lunch at a similar time. As a result, getting a seat and the time it takes for the food to arrive suffer. To their credit, they do well under the circumstances and the waitress who served us was very professional and friendly.
