   first of all, lady who answers the delivery is awfully rude and disrespectful, buts in when trying to speak, cuts off when explaining a situation that just happened. so orders chicken balls and chicken curry, all fine had it before was good, TODAY no, the chicken was PINK, and started to feel nauseous and dizzy. rang up to complain about the chicken being clearly uncooked, she rudely explained how she fry’s already cooked chicken and told me to go hospital and not to bother her as it was apparently not her problem, as for the manager and she said that no one was in other then her, and from time i’ve been there this hasn’t been the first time with food poisoning incidents. AWFUL SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF. need to get a re check in with there food health and standard team. completely unprofessional

   i first rang to order and politely asked for what i wanted she then hung up on me, so i rang her back and explained i couldn’t understand her and order again she was then extremely rude throughout this phone call. the food was then delivered and when we were eating it, i had realised the chicken was pink and the food hadnt been cooked correctly i then rang her to explain the issue and asked for a refuned and she then hung up on me during this phone call she was extremely rude yet again. i then rang back and politely asked if i could speak to the manger she then told me the manger was not at work so i asked if there was someone else i could speak to, yet she got extremely rude and hung on me again. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERCIVE and i will be repoting to health and standard team. this is extremely unprofessional and should not be tolerated in the workplace. I will never be going to this again. this is completely unacceptable. The chicken also frozen. Zero stars for everything. this behave is completely unacceptable in a work place.

   Very poor service waited 2 hours for delivery did not come . Phoned twice to be told out for delivery then told they hadn't even done my order. Will not be ordering from there again !!

   I’ve ordered from this place a couple of times and to be fair not really had any issues. I have had to call once before and the guy on the phone was abrupt and rude. Tonight I have made an order, the restaurant has taken my money but cancelled the order. I called up to query this and was met with the rudest women I think I have ever spoke to. She shouted at me down the phone that they didn’t have a driver. I said you’ve taken my money so it’s fine I’ll just come and collect. “No” she shouted at me and continued to shout at me that the money would be refunded and hung up on me. I don’t think this place would ever have any time for you if your order had an issue. I’ll be doing a charge back on my bank account and will not be using this place again.

   My favourite Chinese in Coventry. I always order the Hot and Sour soup extra spicy, I haven't found a Chinese place in cov who do it better than eastern chef. And their Easter special fried rice just hits the spot when you crave for a Chinese style fried rice dish. Never had a bad experience. Customer service is excellent as well.
