I have ordered from Chans for over 18 years and this will be the final time. Best part of 60 pounds for the order and main dishes were like jelly including the soup starter. The very expensive ribs tasted old and the prawn toast as well. New years eve family meal was not a moment to remember.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area! Never had any problems with my orders. Worth every penny! Food very tasty and freshly made! Wide selection of dishes. Orders always made fast and ready to collect in 15minutes! Will recommend to everyone! On the picture my favorite mix- deep fried shredded beef in chili sauce and singapore vermicelli! Always yummy!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has always been our favourite chinese, after not ordering for months we ordered last weekend, waited 2 hours and what we got was diabolical. My partner got some bad chicken, we rung them and told them it didn't taste right. 3am in the morning he was up in the night been sick, we rung them again the next day to tell them he wasn't well and the customer service was terrible. So annoying because we've always loved chans. Now to find a new Chinese!

Got wrong order. Wasn't willing to correct it even after offering to pay the difference. Very rude. Even after ordering from here often enough.
Very disappointed. We waited over 90 minutes for order to be delivered. Ordered wonderful dragon, 2 of the main ingredients were missing, duck and prawns. Ordered a portion of OK sauce instead we got some kind of lemon sauce. Lemon sauce isn't even on the menu so how the hell did this happen. Definitely will NOT be going there again.
I had Mushroom chow main with chips n hubby had curry with egg fried Rice which he loved it, Bk in September I bought a money plant from them £19 which looks very life less phone number 01924 Being going here 4 over 10 years now & just luv all chowmain but mostly Mushroom ❤
