Came here quite late after work with a friend and then managed to fit us in and it was one of the best curries I’ve ever had, absolutely amazing. I had the chicken tikka keema balti and it blew me away with the flavour. 10/10

Great atmosphere and service. The staff are always welcoming wether we're eating in or getting a take away. The food is good and reasonably priced.
Spent our Xmas dinner here, for a twist on the traditional festive dinner. The food was very good, with one of the chutneys in particular being a really amazing take on what most restaurants usually call Lime & Chilli pickle. Curry came in a bucket which was amusing and nicely presented! The set menu for Xmas was a little limited and was also £50 per head which seamed a little pricey, although I appreciate Western Hindus likely celebrate Christmas too so additional costs on xmas are to be expected. I’d recommend Velvet Lounge to anyone seeking rich flavours and good quality food

Waited for nearly 1 hour to be seated after booking a table and time slot. Service was very poor and didn't see a menu until we were sat down. Didn't even get offered a drink while we were waiting. Very unprofessional.
As usual everything went smoothly. Absolutely heaving but staff dealt with it. Food ordered no waiting except to read menu and wine list.
A superb fine dining experience. I went on a culinary adventure and was lost for words. Not your usual run of the mill curry house. Will be back again soon. Keep up the good work lads
By far the best curry’s I’ve had ! Amazing food, great value for money, lovely clean modern tidy restaurant, the staff and front of house are next level. Highly recommend…. Definitely my favourite Indian restaurant
Excellent food quality and flavours. Plenty of staff and nice atmosphere. Some of the best curry house dishes enjoyed in recent years. If you haven't tried them yet, book and table and visit.
