   So lucky for have this restaurant in the town. My mum and I tried their brunch for the first time and it was so unique and tasty. They cater for everyone. There are traditional breakfast items as well as Filipino delights. Pastries were incredible too.

   Tambayan is such a great place to eat! The service is excellent — the staff are very friendly, attentive, and love to joke around, which makes the whole experience fun and relaxed. The food is delicious and comforting, just like something your Lola would cook at home. I really appreciate that they’re not trying to be fine dining with fancy plating; instead, it’s all about good, honest Filipino home cooking. It’s also nice to see non-Filipinos dining there and enjoying the food on their own — it shows how well they’re introducing Filipino flavors to everyone. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, like you’re part of a big family meal. It can be a bit tricky to find since it’s not on the main road. However, if you’re coming from the Hilton Hotel, there’s a pub called The Almanack opposite it — turn right onto that road, follow it down, and you’ll find a parking area where the restaurant is located. I recommend booking a table if you plan to visit, as the place isn’t very big and can get busy quickly. Overall, Tambayan offers great food, great service, and a true taste of home. Definitely a place worth coming back to again and again!

   What a fantastic place. I had an incredible experience at Tambayan in Kenilworth. The food was absolutely amazing – full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish felt authentic and satisfying. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel warm and enjoyable. The combination of delicious food and great service makes this a place I’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended!

   Went here for 130pm lunch with my BF and his parents (4pax). Very good Filipino food! Generous servings and reasonably priced especially for how big the servings of the mains. Even the starters are generous too and you can share. Recommend chicken skin for starters and crispy pata and ginataang laing for mains, as well as adobo. Staff are nice and service is prompt. Would recommend to book as the place gets very busy. Would definitely come back again!!

   Food was delicious, as expected from Filipino cuisine not overwhelmingly spicy yet FULL of flavour, kitchen staff must be trained in time bending because our order arrived super fast. Service was super polite. Yes the menu wasn't very big but big enough to find something for everyone. Only thing I missed was a shot of Lambanog after the meal
