We had a lovely lunch..the food exceeded our expectations. I don't eat out much as i am often disappointed in restaurant vegan food but the rainbow lasagne was very good. It took us a while to work out you had to order from the bar.

My husband and I have been here before and had a lovely experience. The food was nice and staff were very customer oriented plus great value for money. We decided to go back, however this time has been a totally opposite experience. Waiting time was awful. We tried for 20mins to book via the app which was incredibly slow and kept buffering then we thought we'll use the table scan which again gave the same result. My husband then gave up and went to order at the counter which took another 15 mins. Very apparent they were under staff as the same staff seem to be multitasking everywhere. When our food arrived the chips that we ordered were lukewarm and not fresh. Waiting time between meals were unacceptable. We were debating whether to leave at this point. We waited almost an hour for dessert! My husband had to go and remind them that it's been almost 1hour wait. Then 10mins after, our dessert arrived. Totally unacceptable and sadly we won't be revisiting.

Nice pub with a good atmosphere but drinks seem really expensive. £3.25 for a ‘medium’ Pepsi (half a pint!). It’s literally syrup and carbonated water! Rip off for a small soft drink. This round of a pint and a soft drink cost nearly a tenner!

Convenient large car park free of charge when validating kn the keypad inside the pub. Very homely inside with real fires going inside brick fireplaces. Had a Ghost Ship; chicken wings and a very good ale. My friend enjoyed the turkey dinner. Very good turkey, but rather skimpy the dinky gravy boat. Had a look at the Christmas menu and was rather disappointed with the lack of beef.

A really lovely pitstop for some honest ales and a decent bite to eat! Good prices and value for money. Nice locals vibe but at the same time feels welcoming to others from outside the area. Lots of spots to tuck yourself... with three very warm glorious open fires dotted around the place. Staff are fab! Friendly with very good customer service. I'm becoming a regular lately and starting to return to this place more and more it seems.

Nice pub. Good atmosphere. Pricing as expected. Food was a tad slow but well worth the wait. Bar staff quick and friendly. Would return. Cheers

Fast service and a nice pub. Meal was okay, not much flavour and it said they were ‘seasoned’ chips but this didn’t seem to be the case. I’d definitely go again as the staff were lovely, but I’d maybe order something else.

Came here on Saturday for dinner. Ample free parking spaces, just register your car plate number at the front door counter. Great service from the beer counter crew all the way to the service crew. Had the full pork ribs and beers which were heavenly. Would love to come back again for more rounds!

In utter disbelief- ordered food to be delivered and when it came my daughter opened her burger box to find her burger bun was missing the main ingredient- the beef burger! And no we didn’t order the vegan/veggie option! Won’t be ordering from here again- they’re obviously not paying attention in the kitchen- how do you box a burger with no burger in it?!
