Excellent food. Typically excellent service. Tables quite tightly packed together and can get very busy. Excellent for takeaway / delivery at a weekend to avoid crowds
Lovely food as always but to be told by a staff menber that a 2nd main needed to be ordered is rude (we didnt just go in for poppadoms). Between the 2 of us we had a mix of starters, sides, and one curried main and we were still spending over £40.There's genuine reasons why some people cant stomach a full main (or even want). What a pity to put a dampener on the meal. That stinks of arrogance to me, and not happy with that attitude.
Ordered very late for collection. Staff were very accommodating. The curry was excellent and generously proportioned. Good value. A very good thing for finham.
After a recommendation from a friend we gave Ginger Orange a try. We waited an hour and a half for delivery, when it arrived I was so disappointed. The quality of food was terrible, barely any chicken in the korma but loads of sauce and after paying £14.95 for a king prawn dish I thought that I would get more than 5 prawns. So disappointing to the point that it will be my first and last time of ordering from here .
Stumbled upon Ginger Orange when staying a Premier Inn. Everything was fantastic. It's not too expensive either. Would recommend if you like Indian food.
Food was OK, however even before we finished meal the staff told us to leave. We had booked our table and at no point were we told that there was a time limit. We were only been there a little over an hour. The staff were then very rude, telling my pregnant wife looking after my toddler, elderly parents in law and me that we couldn't have dessert and needed to leave the table. He wouldn't even get our child an ice cream. The manager then was extremely rude to my mother in law and wife, telling us that it was our fault but couldn't give any reason why. Once I said something, possible as I am male, he changed attitude but still continued to tell us to leave. We left and chose not to pay the full bill. Will not be going back.
What a great restaurant, fantastic food, super fast efficient service, the chicken Handi was superb, relaxed atmosphere, no hesitation in recommending, can’t wait to go back.
Food excellent, and the service was very good. Only downer for me was, it was a very cold evening when we visited. A group of lads who came in later constantly going outside for a smoke and leaving the door open.
Excellent food for the price. Staff always friendly but it can be quote slow when they're busy. My go-to as a Finham resident, worked my way through half the menu so far.
Great food and service, to be thoroughly recommended, best meal out since the last time we ate here
