what an experience. lovely interactive staff and playlist was incredible. food was beautiful with fast service. the hash brown tater tots are definitely recommended they were gorgeous. we went for the breakfast and it did not disappoint. will definitely be back to try the tacos next!!!

Been looking for an authentic and great tasting mexican and wow Mexi Bean ticked every box! The detail of the themeing, the little service robot, the staff, the food and drink options… all of it absolutely amazing! Will absolutely be coming here again❤️
Had a lovely time with the family! Our servers, Tamia and Aiysha were sooo accommodating and friendly! They made sure that the food was hot and fresh. The food was soo worth it. We got one of the El Jimenez and it was plenty for 7 of us (mixture of mostly adults and some kids).
If I could give 0 stars.... I would. Restaurant confirmed the just eat order - waited over two hours and nothing arrived. I then decided to go down to the restaurant and the shop itself was locked up and shut. I then decided to ring the mexi bean express in Halifax which advised they had been given the order instead - I rightfully asked for a refund of the delivery charge (which may I add is £6.50) as I had waited over two hours and had to physically leave my house to go the restaurant itself... defeating the whole object of ordering a delivery and who I presume is the chef refused and said there's nothing they can do and we either wait for the food or to cancel it - customer service absolutely shocking and not professional in the slightest- very rude and most certainly had an attitude. Had no phone call to advise of any changes or delays and not even an apology. Not to mention after spending over £40 I would have at least expected the food not to turn up cold. Horrific experience - wouldn't recommend and most certainly won't be returning.
(Brighouse store) the first time I ordered from them they took a good 50 minutes (10 late on the estimated delivery time) to call me to ask for my door number as I'd forgotten to add that to the order. This time, they got it delivered on time however, the first bite into my chicken burrito I was greeted with a sizeable bone AND a strand of plastic. Won't be ordering from this store again, they really don't deserve the 3/5 hygiene rating.
Ordered on Uber Eats to be told delivery time would be between 8.05-8.25. Had to have the order cancelled by Uber eats customer service after still waiting for food at 9.25! Called the restaurant to be told they were waiting on a driver. Definitely need to work on delivery and the issue with drivers as this seems to be a common problem.
Keanu served me today and he was excellent, talked me through what he thought to be the best on the menu, I'm not too familiar with Mexican food either but what I ordered I was extremely happy with. What a kind young man. The nachos are to die for and the Churros are worth a trip out on their own, TO DIE FOR. Thank you mexibean!
Great service and the waitress was brilliant with informing me about multiple dishes on the menu.
