   Ordered 2 burgers with fries. The order came and the chicken burger was cold, biting in the middle there was no warmth. I called and complained, the guy asked for the burger to go back to the takeaway. I have sent the burger back and had my whole order made fresh. The food that came back was as you'd expect it to be, hot. The food itself was OK but I have had better and would not order again. The owner of the takeaway called me and had a go at me for only sending back the chicken burger to the restaurant. He said I'd complained about the whole order, and should have sent it all back, essentially calling me a liar. Rude and would not go back. ✌️ In relation to the response, my food genuinely was cold and I would never leave a bad review as I don't want to ruin someone's business however I will not tolerate someone being rude to me. And as for ordering every week, I have never ordered from you before.

   We were really disappointed with our visit to X Burger Halifax. The patties were the worst we ever had incredibly thin, barely any real meat, and extremely greasy you’d get a better burger at McDonald’s. ingredients tasted cheap and low quality. Most of the positive reviews for this place sound questionable to me our experience was nothing like what they describe. Definitely not worth the money. Recommend avoiding this place altogether, try and see for yourself

   Food's always good, prices good too. Forget to deliver a portion of chips tonight, no hassle with them - they came and dropped them off 5 minutes later. Good food and good service.

   Burger was extremely soggy on the bottom and all fell apart. Went in person and there were flies flying around all over the food but I’d already paid an extortionate amount for the food and the manager seemed to be in a bad mood so couldn’t be bothered asking for a refund. Went in at about midnight and there was a young boy working (surely that’s not legal) whilst manager or whoever he is kept disappearing out of the shop. Burger had no flavour beside the copious amounts of sauce and was covered in grease. Never come here, especially not if you have allergies or dietary restrictions as there’s a sign claiming they ‘do not cater to these due to the busy conditions’ even though there was at most about 2 orders at a time whilst I was waiting. Music constantly on full volume it seems so it was hard to hear myself and others. Disappointing experience.

   Today I had ordered on Uber ! Probs the last order so hence why they made me a burger that was rushly made it was horrible it was soaked with peri peri sauce I think and all I could taste was the sauce everything just went apart the burger itself aswell even the foil was soaked with the sauce too. it was way too messy and I feel like it was rushed ! It was disgusting it’s made me feel sick! I have ordered from you before aswell and it’s been good until now! I am annoyed because I have had a long day and it’s not nice being messed about!! Don’t tell me that’s how a burger is made or some dumb excuse.

   Absolutely outstanding burgers and fries. Food is always piping hot when it arrives. Lovely delivery lady. Xburger have really set themselves apart from the rest of the burger takeaways.

   Placed order Online, Order Confirmed, Received a call 5 minutes later saying were canceling your order as were out of beef now, payed full price and delivery fee ! Apparently takes 3-4 days for a refund. Very disappointed! Not what you expect when ordering a burger
