Food was ordered online which was fast within 10 mins done and collected but unfortunately food was cold.. waffle fries cold and old… meatballs tepid.. ordered two footlongs Bombay and Philly steak .. very sloppy not great. Had very bad stomachs last night and this morning on going all three of us!
Standard subway stuff. Would be good except for the fact that they allow people to jump the queue if they are their mates. Specifically, some woman in her sports gear with her nachos, who apparently needed to have special treatment because she had another appointment, obviously the rest of us don’t.
Nice little subway based in the Forest of Dean. Nice polite staff and good service. Parking is a bit of a pain. It would be great if a wild boar sub was available! Will be going back.

Awful staff didnt know what they were doing and didnt know about the special offers. Ordered three peoples meals but was refused a cup of tap water as they "do not have drinking water. You have to buy bottled water" My wife went back inside to find out where she can complain and was spoken to very rudely. She said to the server you need to learn to speak to customers better. He replied "you need to learn as well!" Disgusting service.
