   We visit here once a week and Subway is always first choice, especially since they started serving baked potatoes! The food is good however the thing that makes this particular Subway stand out is the always excellent staff. They are always smiling & friendly, make time for a quick chat whilst prepping our food and show great patience with customers even when it’s busy and stressful! They remember us and our previous order and happy to provide sandwich based inspiration when necessary. You know what you are getting at subway, good food at decent prices and this branch delivers all of that along with exceptional customer service. Thank you.

   Although you can never usually go wrong with a sub, I feel as though that slightly changes in this branch. Most days in the evening there are 2 ladies working here together, one of these ladies always seems to be in a mood. No matter what time I go there, she's always spoken quite moodily to me, not a smile in sight. It's terrible customer service. And I have noticed that she puts a decent amount less in the sandwiches she makes as well. Less toppings, less sauce, etc. In fact, once i ordered 2 subs, and each lady handled a different sub. The one made by the moody lady was noticeably smaller than the other lady. It's not something you should be getting especially when you're paying almost £9 for a sandwich. These kinds of minor discriminations is what makes me feel like Subway may actually be getting worse. Somebody please re-teach the moody lady about portion size, and friendly customer service. There's a difference between being respectful and being friendly. As for the other lady, amazing service, she's very friendly and always smiling. The ideal employee!

   Subway are now doing jacket potatoes!! Yes you heard right. I had a lovely fluffy jacket with lots of butter tuna mayo and cheese and it doesn't stop there you can add your usual salad extras and sauces at no extra cost. It was delicious and served with a smile. All the staff at this subway are friendly quick and efficient and are always ready to suggest alternative sub combinations. Definitely one of the best subways in the area.

   The best service among all the subway franchises in the city. The staff is dedicated towards the food they make. They even helped us and suggested us well for a better decision making. I think this place is the only place I'd revisit in Coventry as I got the best experience here as comparable to other Subway sites. The staff was so generous that when we asked about the ingredients with which the patties are made of, he, very politely showed us the entire detail and comforted us, so that we could eat with peace of mind.    Subway has some of the most unconditionally magnificent and eloquent items of food which my taste buds have had the privilege of experiencing in my life. It has juicy, crispy and overall aweworthy bread that you'll just want to slobber all up after only having one bite. The Subway toppings are my hobby and my passion, they are hand-madely crafted with utter love. Subway....It's better than your wife and kids. It's better than money.    Delicious. I always have the meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese bread with salad and its reliably excellent. They always use fresh gloves and everything feels clean and hygienic. Food is always fresh. I've taken off a star because they don't offer apple juice or fruit to go with the sandwich.

   Seems like a well run subway. They serve efficiently and quickly and their toasted meat feast with salad and ranch dressing is gorgeous on any bread and a bargain on sub of the day. There is a nice, well kept seating area outside in the shopping centre, which is regularly cleaned. Check your receipt for a free drink OR crisps voucher. The wording says & but you only get one free, still nice though. FYI Subway is named after the Submarine sandwich.
