   If you like long waits, being lied too & your food never arriving you’ll love frangos. waited over 2hrs for food never to arrive, phoned shop twice after waiting over an hour to be told it’s with driver then again half hour later to be told more blatent lies from guy on phone before shop closed. luckily ordered through uber so was able to get a refund. won’t be ordering again.

   Two and a half hours wait so far and food hasn't turned up. Rang them an hour and half ago they said it was with the driver so that was a lie. Rang again about half hour ago. 15 minutes to get through, was told they're short on driver's but it's still coming. Been loyal to frangos since it opened. Changed management and can't even tell the truth Shocking service. Never again. Thankfully pepis is open soon

   First time ordering through the Frangos app. Delivery came but was missing an item. Called up and our order was rectified immediately. Food arrived hot and was delicious. Was cheaper and faster than going through other delivery apps too. Will 100% order again. Delivery drivers and call handler were very polite and professional. 5 star service. Thank you so much. Only negative was that I can’t seem to add my feedback through the app. Must be an error. So I’m leaving my review here. Again thank you for your excellent service.

   Last takeaway was amazing. This one said 45 mins took 2 hours. Food cold and pizza without garlic swirl ordered. Won't be going again due to inconsistency.

   Overall Rating: 0/5 (Avoid) Honestly, this place deserves an absolute zero. 1. Dishonest Delivery: They mark orders as "completed" on the app when the food hasn't even left the building. When I called, they claimed this dodgy practice was "normal." It's not normal-it's falsifying delivery times to manipulate their statistics, plain and simple. 2. Inedible Food: The meal was incomplete and embarrassing. Who delivers a dry chicken kebab with essential components missing? It was a tragedy, mind. Skip this place until they learn to be honest and deliver food that's actually finished.

   Only get the order right approx 50% of the time, items missing or just the wrong order altogether. Sometimes they'll include the sauces you've ordered, sometimes they just can't be bothered, after today's order I've just choked down I don't think I'll be ordering again. The kebab tasted like a 2 week old leather stale boot, leftovers from last night.

   My absolute go to take away in Barry for the hangover cure or a fat family munch. Delivery is fast, food is lush and prices are reasonable. I'd totally recommend the pizza and the hubby loves the mixed grill doner. Thanks guys x

   Very clean presentation. The strip wrap had a nice unique taste. If the chicken wings were less salty they would be the best wings in Barry, despite being called hot wings they are not. The chicken burger was nice with a brioche bun. The fries were not the best I've had. I wouldn't recommend the lemon and herb sauce, odd taste. Delivery was 15mins late on a 3 hour pre order without a call. Apart from that I would order again as it was very nice.
