My family and I came in yesterday for some food after watching a movie. We come in a fair amount, and I'm always disappointed. Nevertheless, my great-grandma loves it, so we go in for her. I hate leaving bad reviews, yet I believe it to be important for the growth and development of the business. Before getting into the negatives, I want to say the staff are always amazing, warm, and welcoming, and provide delightful service. The place had been decorated for Christmas and was very pretty. To share, we had brie and caramelized onion dough bites; they were really nice alongside the mozzarella sticks. The mains were disappointing. I had a vegetable pizza, with hardly any veg and raw onions just thrown carelessly on top. For £15, it was pathetic! We also had the mushroom and butternut squash pasta with a parsley cream sauce. My grandma asked for no parsley, and kindly they said they could do it without! However, it still came with lots in, no mushrooms, and the butternut squash was from frozen, its texture and frostbite giving me ample reasons not to believe otherwise. For £89 with a discount for 4 people, it's terrible. It's a shame that the food doesn't mirror the high service.

Great service. Food was served quickly and tasted great. Used the app to get discount code. We were given a free slice of chocolate cake to takeaway for husbands birthday.

Absolutely incredible experience at Hinckley Prezzo tonight, I really couldn't say enough good things about all the lovely, friendly staff who were all absolutely wonderful! Great food and drinks and they went above and beyond catering to my gluten intolerance. Now our go-to restaurant in Hinckley, thank you all!!!!
