   I dont often leave reviews, but a mate and I went here last night for the Tuesday 2 for £26 deal and it was really, really good. So good in fact I just wanted to heap some praise on the place. The food was delicious, portions were generous and the value was unbeatable. I had the chicken Tava (a rich curry cooked with green beans and tomatoes), and it was fantastic. Would definitely return if I was in the area and looking for a curry again.

   Been coming here nearly every week for a year and thus place gas the mist consultant curries, where you can definitely taste the difference between each dish. We gave gone through half the menu and never had a bad curry. Quality food, atmosphere and service.hughly recommended. Photo of onion bhaji and myrghbtikka are half portions as me and hubby share

   I organised a club meal out for 16 ppl and they catered for us all very well. It is a smart, well presented restaurant and the service was spot on. They adjusted the menu for the vegetarians in our group and the food was excellent quality. I highly recommend the sunday sizzler for an end of the week treat.

   Well, Qurtuba, our favourite Persian restaurant next door was closed, our second choice, the Italian over the road was also closed. So, it was The Curry House and we were pleasantly surprised. Rather glum serving staff, but tasty food, not too spicy or oily and great naans.

   Called here early Fri evening to collect a telephone order takeaway. Seekh kebab, chicken madras, pilau rice, chapati & a garlic naan. Seekh kebabs were excellent, chicken madras was very good indeed, pilau rice was good as was the chapati, the garlic naan was fantastic, really well cooked to the nearly burnt stage, perfect. I will certainly be returning when next in the area.

   3 course meal for £11.95 on wednesdays sheek kebab starter was nice & spicy just how I like it Nice food nice atmosphere good portion sizes. Service wasn't that great they tried taking the pickle tray away so if you asked for it again you would be charged another £1. Hand face wipes which are usually provided after the meal had to be requested. No mints or shots either although the table nearby got them.
