A large party, we were asked for our menu choices well beforehand, but on the night we were were again asked for our choices. The waiting on staff tried their hardest but it seemed as though the kitchen was in chaos... And that caused the problems we experienced, delayed service, and the food was not upto the standard you would normally expect. What Italian restaurant doesn't have parmesan? The reason for 5 stars ✨ for Atmosphere was the group I was with, we were determined to have a great evening with great friends.

Da Vinci Ristorante is my preferred Italian restaurant in Coalville with it's cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. My last visit was our first since lockdown and surpassed anything that had gone before, it was like coming home after being away for a long time. On arrival the welcome was so special and nothing that we asked for was to much trouble. The all new menu was very exciting and it was difficult to make a decision but we all managed. The food was presented quickly and efficiently in a very friendly service, each dish that I ordered was cooked to perfection and the main course that I ordered was the best I have ever tasted, Marco exelled himself and I have always thought him to be the best chef in the area for Italian cuisine. I can't wait to go back if I am truthful.

Been here for another meal this weekend, excellent food again. Warm resteraunt with nice relaxed atmosphere and very friendly service. Portions are big and prices are very reasonable so great value and it's child friendly too. Every meal we have had here has been served hot which doesn't sound a lot but so many places can't seem to manage this! A great place to eat and we will definitely be back.
I called in around midday for a coffee and a panini which was very nice and well presented. The place has a nice atmosphere and the young lady who served me was very pleasant. I used the washroom facilities before I left which was clean and tidy, however the pieces of note paper taped to the wall requesting that you "Please don't urinate on the floor" were a new experience for me and left me wondering who the usual clientele were!, that such a notice was necessary? I won't let it put me off visiting again, but it did spoil the experience slightly.
