Terrible service! Ordered at 8pm and still waiting for the delivery it is 11pm. We called multiple times and were told the food is still coming. Never ordering again. Don’t waste your time or money on this.
I have put a one star as zero isn't an option. Ordered a £50 delivery for my wife's birthday meal and after 2 hours rang the restaurant to be told that they delivered to a wrong address. Shambles.
This takeaway is disgusting! Ordered food here on a Friday night at 9:45pm. This food never arrived and we then had to order from elsewhere. We were up until 1:10am in the morning after the food said it would be delivered by 11:05 latest. After then trying to order the next day, the owner JJ (I think) refused us to order food due to us getting a refund of food which was not delivered to us. We told her about this issue in which she told us, she would not serve us and to cancel our order accusing us of trying to “steal” food. We are absolutely disgusted by this whole situation as customers to this business. My opinion would be to stay away, as you won’t get your food, you’ll get blamed for the food being delivered and you will get a lot of abuse when she talks to you over the phone.
Waited 2 hours for food for it to say its been delivered, so when i rang they said it was on the door step explained i have looked and it hasnt, they said they would ring the driver and call back, 10 minutes later no call back so phoned them again for them to say the food is cooking now and there waiting for the driver to get back so will be with me in half hour i asked why it had said delivered if the food is only just being cooked now and that i would just like a refund instead to which they refused and said the will bring the food in half hour I said its been over 2 hours waiting and 20 minutes being messed around and lied to I no longer want the food and want my money back. Thankfully booked through just eat so they are able to sort it!
Very nice food, always comes hot when delivered. Staff are friendly and the shop is kept clean. Delivery is quick as well. the price is not bad, to be honest
Where to start! I’m over my sisters house tonight enjoying a movie night and we decided to order a Chinese. It’s the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The food was Luke warm, completely bland and the sauces were watered down to the point there was no flavour. I had an oyster sauce which was just flavourless and smelt horrible, the chicken balls were rubbery and didn’t taste of anything. Don’t ever go there for food. I would have had more satisfaction licking the paint off my sisters new wardrobes
Delivery was quick and food hot..however, it was the blandest food I have EVER tasted. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, chow mein, chips, and bbq spare ribs ...the sauce was like water and tasteless...just made the food soggy. Ribs had barely no meat and what was there was very dry and tasted exactly like the rest of the food...of nothing. And no...I don't have covid lol.won't be ordering from here again.it went in the bin
