    Had a seniors fish and chips. Came nicely packaged with a quarter of lemon. Large portions freshly cooked and nice and hot. Struggled to finish it all. Good value for money.

    Absolutely abysmal and the rudest staff ever! Food never arrived. Driver rang me and repeatedly called me STUPID saying the address was incorrect. It wasn't. It was correct. It is the address that has been on my account for a long time and nothing has gone astray before. I then rang Queens Fish Bar and the man I spoke to was just as rude. Absolutely disgusting. Since when do you speak to your customers in such a way? Absolutely appalling. They don't deserve to be in business!

    This was a large portion... Are you serious. This was because my daughter came in and you took advantage of her. A complete rip off.... Absolutely disgusting - prices through the roof and portions have halfed.

    The best chip shop in South Wales. The chip are like what you expect at the sea side & as for the fish, well it tastes like the ocean and as fresh as the day (real genuine cod, not some random white fish palmed off as cod). If you go there, definitely get the onion rings, they are like nothing you have eaten before and so crisp, they also got good selection of curry sauces which are great. The staff are absolute gentlemen. The only downside side is that they don't open on a Sunday! They also have a 5 Food Standards rating, and the place is spotless.

    My favorite fish and chip shop in the Penarth and Dinas Powys area! The chips are always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend trying the fish and Victoria pies – they're absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly, serving customers quickly. It’s understandable there's always a queue. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a really good fish and chips shop!

    Staff are great but the service is hilarious. They keep forgetting orders and in what order. The chips are nice as is the fish but everything else is a little stale as sitting around for a long time

    This says a lot!! One star and that is just because they were open! Firstly had to make a minimum purchase of £5 if paying by card which is ridiculous and robbery! I'm a pensioner and this was extreme! Secondly ordered a pastie and chips (was forced to add a fish cake to bring the price up to £5) which I did not even want! When I opened the wrapping up it was to find the Pastie like a brick and totally inedible and the chips were stale and hard! I will definitely not go there again and warn other people of the poor quality!!

    Great food overall and great service. Would have been a 5 but recently fish bites have gone seriously downhill and are virtually inedible now. Shame as they used to be great. Everything else is spot on.
