Food was lovely, only thing I'd say is the BBQ spare ribs need some more sauce as they weren't coated enough
Delivery over an hour late and still not here, order placed 2.5 hours ago. Supposedly left the takeaway an hour ago (the time it was meant to arrive) it’s an 8 minute drive away but still isn’t here so if it did leave an hour ago it will be cold by now. They won’t answer the phone and rejected a refund via Just Eat. Shocking service don’t bother ordering
Food tastes good, not a lot of it for the price which is disappointing. My order has come wrong a few times, or something has been missing. When you ring back up and try to explain, they aren't very interested in helping you come to a solution. But it does depend on what staff are in as some of them are very helpful. The food does come quickly and hot which is good. Overpriced for what you receive as its mostly filled with sauce or rice with little meat/fillings as it saves money filling up containers with cheaper items.
(DONT EAT FROM HERE) I Ordered my food and it did not come as described. when I called to complain I was spoken to like dirt and they would not send out the replacement meal or send a refund . I will never eat from here ever again and I will also tell my friends and family all about there rubbish service and cold soggy food .. (DONT EAT FROM HERE)
My go to for ordering. Always early & they always listen to my requests. We get chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice. Curry sauce. Sweet and sour chicken balls too. All delicious! Piping hot and so much food we have the next day too.
Literally cancelled our NYE meal last minute when we called (they didn’t think to ring and inform us) and then said they cancelled it half hour beforehand even though JustEat showed it was still en route. Booked it in advance also (over 2 and a half hours before) for quite a significant amount also. Terrible service and downright lies. Judging from the reviews we also dodged a bullet. Don’t bother.
Great food, tasty, great customer service but the Chicken dish labeled as Cantonese was not really Cantonese(I had a guest from Hong Kong)
Only order from here when man po is closed but its getting worse and worse... Tasteless, chips look and taste off and cooked over again or left under lamp, soggy and hard, stake also. Customer service is good, 2 stars is for that alone.
