   Visited Chopstix at West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry. On Tuesday 20th May 2025 in the afternoon. Chopstix I believe (I hope my memory serves me right) is located on the level 2 at the shopping centre. When I arrived at the spot near to a escalator, I already saw a line of customers waiting to be served. I don’t exactly remember of what I ordered, but the food was good. The price of this meal was about £9.89 They did not give me a receipt and they only do card payments. So if anyone is reading this review, and you regularly pay by cash. You will be disappointed with their service. But I stress again the food here is very good!

   Upon ordering I saw that that they had an offer of giving them a five star review for 5 free spring vegetable rolls. Which I found odd & as I’ve never done this before but still did anyways. I also ordered a regular egg fried rice (£5.80), it was mediocre at best it needed more flavour maybe order a sauce if you do. The free spring rolls were nice however. Customer service was good, could’ve been better but I arrived as they were closing so I had to sit elsewhere. If I happened to visit again I’d order something else.

   What really impacted the experience was the lady at the counter; her service was rude, unapproachable, and frankly, quite annoying. I’ve never written a review before, but after witnessing her behavior, I felt compelled to share this experience. The food is decent, offering three different styles of chicken flavor—it tastes okay, though not outstanding.

   Absolutely BEAUTIFUL spot for the town centre- easy quick service with delicious food! We were served by Sunita who went above and beyond to provide a informative, friendly and easy service - we were super happy I would definitely recommend - we all ordered different things and each dish was lovely 10/10

   The smell enticed me to the counter even though it was only just gone 11am! Amazing assortment of food! Very helpful and friendly staff! Had the medium sized box for £6.99 Had half noodles half egg fried rice which were both super fresh and delicious! Topped it with salt and pepper chicken and Chinese chicken curry. It was a very good sized portion even though the box looked small. Packed full of fresh and crunchy veg! Definelty recommend and definitely will be back again next time I'm in town!
