   I will be honest here , the restaurant looks nice , the service was really bad as soon as i get in he told me u got one hour because u don't have reservation . No worries i left my ego and i said let me enjoy im already here and i ordered my food on the table a bill of £60 and i had lamp chops omg he was like chewing gum really hard . And the service one of the boys he is in a rush to take your order and barely speak to u like u own him something . I will never come again, i left with disappointment tbh .

   Very friendly staff, great service. Lovely atmosphere - perfect for any occasion. We ordered hot starters: sucuk (grilled spicy Turkish beef sausage) with hummus and lettuce, falafel with hummus and lettuce - both extremely delicious and flavoursome. Mixed grill ( included a selection of meats; lamb and chicken cubes, lamb kofte, chicken kofte, chicken wings, lamb chop) served with rice and a delicious salad. We couldn’t leave without trying a dessert, we ordered the baklava - 10/10!! Tasted freshly made. I have visited twice, and I am already looking for an excuse to visit again!

   Just had a lovely meal at Usta, we were in Barry celebrating our son’s 30th birthday. The food was amazing, really authentic and the staff were really friendly and attentive. They even came out with some baklava with a candle in and sang Happy Birthday to our son!

   This place is wonderful, service is very good and the atmosphere is great. The restaurant is busy and you do need to book in advance. Plenty of choices on the menu and very reasonable prices. Food was very tasty and excellent quality and beautifully presented, taste was excellent. Well worth a visit and we will go back again.

   Some of the best Turkish food I’ve ever had. The staff were awesome and happy to have a banter. The atmosphere was really chilled and the meal was absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to go back and have the exact same thing! So much flavour. It’s also perfectly located just across the road from The Ship Inn so if you fancied making a night of it, have a few beers n the ship then head across for some food.

   Delicious food and welcoming staff. If you sit outside there is a bit of a view to the Barry Island. We got a mixed grill and hot plate starter to share between the two of us and it worked out great. Recommended.

   Great food! Friendly staff. They answered a lot of questions (the same question over and over really) about which menu items were suitable for a gluten free diet. 7 of us had a meal there and everybody was impressed with the quality of the food. The flavours in the mixed grill made me say “oh man…”
