Food is always fabulous - let by the slow service (staffing issues perhaps)...even when nobody inside takes an age to get food, with drive- through !
Went to drive thru at 2pm today. One car in front of me. After ordering I sat there for more than 10 minutes with no communication or attendance of any member of staff. When I eventually pulled forward. No apology or attempt to explain delay! Wordlessly given my food. I had to ask for sauce as none was offered. Don’t plan on going back anytime soon. Terrible customer service.
Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The service was fast and friendly, and my order was 100% accurate. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The fries were crispy, the burger was juicy, and everything tasted great. The restaurant was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat and efficient. Perfect stop for a quick, satisfying meal—I’ll definitely be back!
Excellent service lovely food would highly recommend. Kazia is a lovely member of staff you have nothing was too much trouble for her. Worth her weight in gold. Very helpful towards my elderly mother. Highly recommend
Ordered a takeaway - 1. Double Bacon Cheeseburger 1. Whopper 1. Fries 1. Chicken Doritos fries (9). This was what I got. The disappointing double bacon cheeseburger was an absolute joke. I mean, what even is that? It tasted exactly how it looked. Whopper was a whopper. Fries obviously were cold (Why would I even expect anything else). Chicken fries were ok. Now the bombshell. Ask yourself how much would you pay for this ? £1, £3, £7 ? No. You can have all this for £20!!!!!!! + some change. I’m not expecting much in Wales, as it seems the high standards here are considered average everywhere else. But this has completely taken me by surprise. It’s not even very bad. It’s worst. The only other thing I expect from this experience is food poisoning. (Wouldn’t be surprised).
Went twice. Both times issues. Fizzy drinks are terrible. Drive thru is painfully slow (we ended up backing up and going in) The young staff are about as full of life as a sock. But socks are smarter. Food I received was crazy wrong.. like 5 wrong items in one order sort of thing. And how are 6 nuggets out of stock... But 9 ain't. Maths much?
I stopped at Burger King for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and delicious food. The Whopper was cooked to perfection and the fries were hot and crispy. Overall, a great fast food experience.
Whether you decide on the eat-in or the take-away option, Burger King always offers that great taste with a matching price. Staff are friendly and efficient, there is ample seating inside, and also plenty of parking. Worth a visit.
Ordered through Uber eats, food was stone cold meaning had to heat it up ourselves, DO NOT order the loaded fries... Complete rip off came in a box with 10 fries and a squirt of cheese.. nothing like the advertised pictures where you get 30-40 but also at £3.49 you would expect at least the same amount of fries as a small or medium portion of fries but nope less than half. Only thing that was okay was the bottles of coke which obviously isn't prepared by them.
Went through the drive-thru. Great fast service with a smile. My burger and sides were nice and hot even after I got them back to my hotel room, in fact my chilli cheese bites were like molten lava! Definitely a great fast food option if you're visiting the area and in a rush for a meal time.
