   Purchased the Chicken Tikka Masala a few days ago which I was very sick in less than an hour after consuming it, felt so disappointed and asked for a refund but nothing has processed yet.

   Ordered tonight. Got our order wrong and when we phoned the girl who answered was rude and pretty arrogant to be fair as it was her who got the order wrong. No sorry, no solution!! Just excuses and blaming us. A sorry I messed it up was what we wanted. What has happened to this takeaway they used to care about the customer. Don’t expect any kind of customer service from them if she is working.

   It’s my birthday today and this is the first time I have ordered from here. It was absolutely lovely ordered way to much one of my daughters is veggie and she loved hers we collected our order it was still hot when we got home . Will definitely order from them again

   Ordered Chicken tikka masala, lamb masala and chicken korma. All tasted superb. Had some extras thrown in which was a nice touch due to the amount we ordered. Delivered earlier than expected and with a smile. Top marks.

   We had a delivery on Saturday evening. The pappadams tasted of old oil, the rice was fine but the tikka masala was the worst I ever tasted. This is supposed to be a luxurious and creamy sauce. This was the reddest, least creamy and worst tasting I have ever tasted, it was inedible. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to finding a regular Indian for delivery locally.

   Wonderful takeaway, excellent food, stunning value for money. We ordered what we thought was a sensible amount of food for a family birthday meal and once again ended up with a mighty feast. I have tried other takeaways but always come back to Poppadoms as they just go the extra mile... including Christmas cards and texts.... amazing.

   Had a take away form pappadoms for the first time and I have to say we were very surprised by the quality of the dishes. Generous portions and above all fantastic taste. All three curries we had were authentic and tastefull. Not the cheapest option in town but next time we will order our indian take away form pappadoms again. Thank you.

   Horrible food, food was so salty when complaint to the manager , manager was rude and said we dont want to serve you please return the food,, these Bangladeshi take away are no good, using Indian cuisine name but the food is no way 1 % Indian, please stay away.... Food took 1 hour 20 minutes to deliver on top ..... they are providing poisonous food ...with excessive salt...avoid

   Excellent value for money and feel valued as a customer. Sent Christmas cards by this takeaway every year. Ordered last night and delivery was prompt. We were given twice as many poppadoms and sauces than we had ordered and they had also given us 1.5 containers of each of the mains. We were also given a wrapped Terry’s Chocolate Orange. It’s the little touches that go a long way.
