Literally the worst food to buy, they take hours to make precooked pasta and pour pre-made sauce over it, it’s not mixed at all, the order I got wasn’t what I ordered, they brought me some mushroom pasta…. I am allergic. No refunds given, no shits given, just don’t buy anything from coco di mama
Ordered some simple pasta but never came, uber changed delivery person 7 times in total but still no food came…waited total 4 hours before I gave up
I had no issue with the quality or the wait time, unlike some other reviews. They are a bit overpriced though. I would request more vegan options, such as vegan arancini, more vegan pastas, and more vegan desserts.
Took 90 minutes to be delivered and when it finally showed up not even half the food was in the bag. No contact number, shop doesn’t exist ( we drove there ) absolutely avoid.
Do not order! I placed an order, only for 2 delivery drivers to come and go without picking up the order. Turns out, the restaurant was short staffed and overwhelmed. But instead of cancelling the order (which I would have understood), they decided to let drivers come to get food that wasn't ready, hence why they left. At this point, I had been waiting for close to an hour. The third delivery driver was a gem, I got her on the phone and she argued with the restaurant for 20 minutes to get them to either make the food, or to simply cancel the order. They said they couldn't cancel it themselves and I had to do it, but they refused to give the driver a written proof they were refusing to make the food so I could get my refund. After another 20 minutes, I ended up being able to cancel the order free of charge. This restaurant does not care about their customers or the delivery drivers. Do not order!
Ordered gluten free pasta pot and it was rock solid and crunchy. Inedible, as was undercooked.
AVOID! Paid £8 for a small tub of pasta with no sauce, and it took 1 hour to arrive.
Don't order from here. Absolutely horrific. 9.00 for a smidge of sauce on a large pot of pasta. Rip off merchants the lot of them.
No phone number for this place and dosent look like a restaurant from Google maps?? Delivered the wrong food completely and have no way of contacting you or the driver! Refunded from uber eats luckily. Not acceptable tbh! Don't bother.
Hi I ordered food via Ubereat. Where is it it was an hour ago ???? Why there is no contact number for this restaurant how are you guys supposed to receive any calls ? I can see on my bank account that my money was taken. So where is my order after an hour ????!!!!!!!
