   Nothing wrong with the food, the food it spot on. However my food was 2 hours late and the the restraunt was extremely difficult to get a response from aswell as no customer service. I wouldn't of been so bother if you called me and told me the food was going to be late but I called 115 mins after the order was placed and was advised it's still in the kitchen. You lost a relationship with a long standing customer and I will no longer coming back to order with you, sorry :)

   Waited for over 2 hours for food, rang the restaurant to chase my order and it still wasn't ready, wanted me to wait another 30 minutes. And then still had the cheek to charge for my order after I told them to cancel!

   Food is extremely bland. Salt and pepper chips had barely any seasoning just tasted like normal chips. Crispy seaweed tasted like they dipped it in sugar. Chowmein was BLAND no taste to it what so ever. Chicken and egg fried rice was the same as the chowmein. Prawn crackers were stale. I don’t recommend this place at all. Chicken balls were pure grease. Spent £26 for it to very disappointing.

   Food arrived 2 hours late. Food was stone cold, ribs were fatty as anything, chips were soggy, chicken balls were undercooked, egg fried rice was stodgy. Absolutely disgusting, avoid this restaurant at all costs!

   Ordered the munch box B, comes in large pizza box. Mix of dishes.. salt and chilli chips are amazing!! Good price. More than feeds 2. Haven’t had delivery but food does not take long when collected, walked in and ordered. Cash only so need prior, cash point nearby. Staff polite when ordered, food very hot on collection :)

   My go-to Chinese takeaway! Whenever we fancy one we always drive from the other side of Leicester to collect as it’s always spot on. Food is always fresh and tasty, AND extremely cheap. Recommend the Munch boxes! You get so much for your money, can easily feed 3/4 people, or 2 in our case lol. Staff are really pleasant and so friendly - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Amazing food. Love the food from this place. Fresh, hot and tasty. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm a regular customer. Tried loads of other places but this is the best. Don't listen to the negative reviews on here. Can't understand how anyone could leave a negative review about this place. You can't go wrong!

   I'd highly recommend anyone to avoid this company and order elsewhere. Placed an order online on their website at 8.21pm - delivery for 9.41pm. At 22.13pm we had to call to find out where our food was for us to be told the driver will be about 20 more minutes. So ok - That's fine. 10.35pm we ring back as no food delivered still to then be told the delivery driver cannot bring our food he broke down apparently, then changed the words to had accident so can't deliver. OK. So I've waited 2 and a bit hours for food and your still not delivering. Asked for a refund to order elsewhere. They kept hanging up on the phone stating they couldn't refund us or cancel the order and that they would bring us food another day with free spring rolls. Jokes aside. When they finally answered again they decided to state they didn't keep hanging up the battery on the phone keeps dying. Then spoke to each other in their language to create a barrier and laughed. So we are now at 11.01pm no food. No refund. The shop closed at 10.50pm. So great stuff. No food tonight! That'll teach us. Having to go through emails and ringing mealsonline who provide these with their website to try and get a refund which in turn will then take roughly 5 days. Thanks a bunch china chef! I will make it my mission to state for everyone to see HIGHLY AVOID!!!! Not even the first time we have had issues as usually the driver goes 5 doors down trying to deliver to a different door and complete different house number. Then on another occasion food was over an hour late again so we then had to get it collected. Absolute nightmare of customer service. Disgusting behaviour from staff members laughing on the phone when it's orders coming in from people like us that pay your wages!!! Shame you have no option on this review for a no star! As giving them a 1 star is far too generous.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Shocking service, we waited 2+ hours for a delivery and nothing was delivered. When we called them they said the driver had a accident and that they had no driver. They refused to give us a refund but said they would give us a meal another day, how do I know that will even happen when they can't even fulfill the delivery on the same evening. I also rated 1star because that's the lowest score we can give this company.

   Went in today to order a munch box, the food was done fairly quickly and I received prawn crackers with it too. Everything tastes amazing so far and good value for money as I got a little bit of everything
