   Worse experience ever , took a time to take order with restaurant more than half empty , to ask for kids ice cream for 5 times every server come back to ask what we want even it has been ordered together in the first place … even when they seen we are in rush ask for a bill several times. Seems like people can be bothered and not listening the customers … I have been manager of restaurant for many years and don’t like writing bad reviews but to have this start of a holiday is sad ! Next time we rather visit Burger King on the other side .

   Worst experience of my life! Please do not waste your money. Front of house staff are a waste of time, our waiter was either dropped on his head as a child or clearly smokes too much cannabis. Took 3 attempts to ask for a juice, before he told us "not gunna lie my heads somewhere else I finish soon". Food was abismal loaded fried left on the hot plate for 10 minutes cheese was solid, brocoli smothered in garlic butter to the point of it running off the plate, rubbery chicken, freezing corn on the cob. Nobody checked everything was OK, took me asking 4 times for the bill. Then I had to pay £40 for the dogs dinner I was served. Even when presented with the 3 plates full of untouched food the waiter did not ask if everything was OK. Dreadful start to what should be a relaxing break. Sort it out frankie and bennies big let down!!

   Alright.. not sure where to start. We tried to order a food. 2 servers approached us,saying somebody else will take our order. The third one asked for food allergies and DISSAPPEARED. Other server came and asked for food allergies when we ordered wine,cause they have to check with drinks ingredients.. at the end we signed a WAIVER to have a salad with chicken. Our allergens are shellfish. Come over for a good comedy show, but not food. #keepitwierdbirmingham EDIT AFTER 30 MINUTES: two,shellfishfree, glasses of wine we ordered are on the house. EDIT AFTER 40 MINUTES: THIS IS MY NON EXISTENT SALAD. MY PARTNER LOVED HIS,THOUGH...

   Very nice and fast service. Good draft beer and large burgers. Nevertheless french fries are really bad, so I can't put 4 stars I am afraid. Good spot for waiting a delayed flight and feed a big belly.
