Nicely decorated with it being Christmas, but can also see without the Christmas decorations - it would still be lovely inside. Our waitress was great, very friendly and helpful - with advising us on how to become apart of the rewards club so we can get a free garlic bread. We opted for the festive menu where it’s 3 dishes for £29.99. My boyfriend had the festive bombe to start, whereas I had these incredible prawns in a beautiful sauce. I had the Christmas Catch for main, and my boyfriend had Pesto Genovese with Burrata. We took our desserts home as was stuffed. We were given a free dish of Pasta Crisps for the table, and a free hot chocolate. The service was quick despite the place being full. We loved the seats right by the kitchen so you could see them cooking with the pizza oven. We’re big Zizzi fans now - thank you!

Had a lovely visit between two theatre performances. Had vouchers for complimentary main course and dessert. Food was amazing as always. The service excellent. Very nicely decorated for Autumn.

Excellent service with very good food. We both enjoyed the 3 course menu. Also have a very thorough allergy protocol that was well explained and carried out for each course.

We went to Zizzi for lunch and had a lovely meal. The service was quick and polite, and the food was tasty. The complementary pasta crisps were a nice touch! I would say that the pasta dishes are a bit pricey, but not too expensive as a treat. Also, the restaurant was a bit dark.

As Italian restaurants go, i’d say this was up there with the best. We were a party of six and everyone was happy with their meals. Service was reasonably quick and friendly. Drinks were a bit overpriced but i guess that’s because it was all bottled beer, no draught.

Overpriced drinks, nice experience,, really enjoyed the garlic bread starter. Great, friendly staff, but that's the best value part of it. Toilets require attention.

Nice restaurant with Italian food options. Not classic Italian food, as there are variants on the dishes. Only downside was them being out on the two dessert items I liked. Staff were polite and friendly. There are toilets on the premises, and limited on road parking which is free after 6pm.

Hygiene: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: We ordered 2 pizzas (chicken&fiery roquito and primavera), doesnt taste great, bit on the expensive side. Some people might even dislike it. We ordered the rigatoni pesto rosso, lacks taste and flavour, cant feel the impact of the sauce on the pasta. We also ordered fries -> very abysmal portion. Some typical italian dishes are missing such as alfredo or quattro fromage are missing. Basically there’s a lack of diversity when it comes to the menu. Tl;dr: would not recommend unfortunately.
