Ordered on just eat, waited over an 1hr 15 mins for delivery. rang the number twice on google and nothing, said it was closed on Thursdays so I ordered elsewhere as it said it was shut and then they updated me saying they were open. Terrible do not use
Food still hasn’t arrived, phone number won’t work I’ve no way of contacting anyone. Ordered before and they took about 3 hours to arrive. I didn’t think they would take so long this time. Not even sure if my food will ever turn up
I don't like to leave negative reviews but this restaurant has a nasty habit of delivering orders hours late, with half the order missing if anything is delivered at all. Three times they have done this to us. They also will wait hours before cancelling your entire order. It is overpriced for the level of service provided considering it is so disorganised. They've disconnected their phone line because their service is so bad and they must be receiving multiple complaints. I feel sorry for the drivers as they're probably receiving the brunt of feedback. **Do not order from Mexi Bean**
Disappointing experience with Mexibean. I placed a delivery order back in April that took over 4 hours to arrive. When the driver first showed up, he only had a drink. A few minutes later, he returned saying he had found the food — but by then, it was completely cold. I contacted the restaurant and was told I’d receive a refund and a discount code for a future order. It’s now June, and unfortunately, I’ve received neither. I’ve tried calling several times (the phone just rings) and reached out via social media, but haven’t had any luck getting a response. It’s a shame, I had hoped for a better experience as the food is normally good.
Ordered delivery, our extremely over priced order arrived over an hour and a half late. By the time the order arrived all of our over priced food was soggy, clap cold and not worth eating. After phoning the restaurant to complain all they offered was to send the order out again. To which I refused, I absolutely don't want 2 overpriced, cold, soggy orders turning up to my house. The food is terrible, little flavour, clearly rushed and been sat in a restaurant whilst waiting to be delivered. Would highly avoid this restaurant and any of the mexibean chain. Not the first time we've had problems with the chain either. Overpriced, terrible quality and shocking customer service. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Joke of a company
first time trying out Mexi Bean and loved it! i highly reccommend their spicy lamb burritto. also, they gave us free fries and jelly beans! cute!
What a lovely set of lads working here!! They was so polite and went above and beyond for me and my little girl tonight. Food was absolutely amazing would highly recommend to anyone.
Best burrito I've ever had!! Really lovely staff, great selection of food all made fresh. Great value. So pleased to have a great Mexican nearby! Will 100% return. :)
Had a bbq chicken burrito and sweet potatoes fries and it’s was absolutely unreal, best take away ever, definitely will be going here again, definitely recommend to anyone, shef / manger of the store was very welcoming and had a great laugh, even in the busy circumstances…:)
