Excellent food. The Flama chicken was amazing. It was tasty and well cooked. Service was ok. Think they had a staff shortage. Cleanliness can be improved. Slightly disappointed with the kids meal though. Was expensive for what you get as the chicken nuggets were processed and not proper fillets. Accept card payments. Pay first system. HMC Approved.

Wanted something different instead of the German Donner Kebab. My son actually suggested this 1. Nice clean modern decor. Great menu with lots of choices Good prices as I noted cheaper than Pepes chicken. We ordered the loaded chicken fries The flavour was the bomb (mango n lime) Smashed it I got the half chicken (hot) was cooked to perfection soft n fiery We also got the wrap (mango n lime) Very nice All in all cost us £22 including 2 Coke cans. Highly recommended and will definitely be back

The first time I tried this place after a menue was delivered to my house. The menu had a few vouchers and looks very straightforward. But when i went in, then I've told all of T&C which should have been mentioned on the menu or on voucher at least. As you can see from one picture, vouchers don't even say T&C applied. Food taste and quality are on the spot. No complaints about that. Food was cooked to its perfection. Environment is also good, comfortable seating. Service wasn't at the top as the person who served didn't bring cutlery and told me that he would come back with it. After waiting a few minutes, when i asked again, i saw him working inside the kitchen and upon asking again for cutlery, he just said," I Forgot". No appology at all or good eye contact. It wasn't even busy, and i don't know how can they forget the basics of restaurant customer service. That's why 1 stars for that. I was disappointed with service, but the food was good.

Ive heard and read loads of bad things about this place and i can confirm they’re all true. Let me start off with the food.. they served it luke warm. The flavour was… how do i put it… just vinegar with some herbs. The beef prego porto was absolute garbage, smelt a bit odd and the small amount of beef they give for nearly £10 is horrendous… slapped 2 slices of cheap cheese on aswell - the buns on both burgers were on the tough side - chewy. The el mexicano burger was decent but the fact it wasnt warm enough was a let down … (funniest part is, the woman ordering beside me even asked for the food to be hot as the previous time it was served to her cold). The loaded mexi fries was drenched in bbq sauce which made all the chips cold under the bed of rubbery chicken pieces. I should’ve just asked for it to be re-made but I came for a short lunch break and didnt have time to faf about. The only decent thing was the half grilled chicken which was juicy and succulent but again, the flavour i chose “lemon and herb” .. seemed to be non existent and just tasted of vinegar and some spices. And Heinz mayonaise? Is it hecks like.. they just filled it with some cheap flavourless cash n carry mayo. In terms of staff, there was a female staff member which greeted us in, she was nice/friendly and sat us down but the other guy - just seemed lost (he took my order).. literally NO EXPRESSION on his face.. wouldve felt better if i was ordering off a robot. He even messed up the same womans order that was beside me ordering. Thirdly, toilet was blocked - just seems badly run. It only opened an hour before i came in so you would expect a toilet to be clean… but no. Fair to say, i wont be visiting again. All cost me £37 including 2 coke zero and a kids drink.

Went during lunchtime on a weekday. The decor is nice, very spacious place. Service was great. Food was bit of a letdown. Ordered family platter. Menu description didn't match what you were actually getting. All food didn't come at once, I had to chase for the peri fries as they seemed to have forgotten them. The hot wings were not very hot, the chicken was quite dry. It felt slightly overpriced for what you were getting.

We went to eat st GDK after travelling an hour and luckily came across chilli flames and decided to go with it. The best decision as the staff/ waiters were very welcoming, impressed by their hygiene standard as 2 members spent a good amount of time to thoroughly clean the chairs and table. The seating area is good, doesn’t look compacted and you have your privacy. We booked s table for 6 and ordered the grande platter for 39.9£. It was more then enough. The chicken was the most flavoured peri peri that i had in a very long time, fries were crispy, burger and wrap were very good. Cold drink cans were actually damn cold for the first time. We will be visiting again, please keep up the excellent standard as you are going to attract loads of customers- definitely us

I went to Chilli Flames a few days after opening. I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the restaurant and how busy it was. I was instantly greeted at the door and guided to the counter to order my takeaway. I had the jalapeño beef burger meal to take out. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, which wasn’t ideal when on a 1hr lunch break. There was loads of staff behind the counter and only a handful working, whilst the rest was pacing up/down. Better leadership needed to make this a success and improve wait times + service.
