Food was very plain, not much flavor. Salt and chilli chips nearly made my sick. Absolutely disgusting. No chilli to be found just lots of Chinese Salt. Inedible! Not happy. Definitely avoid.
We have used Jade Wok for a number of years and have always received good quality food and service.
Honestly, I have had Chinese food all over the country. The food from here is the best! Amazing quality, brilliant chef! I feel privaladged to live local to Jade Wok. I won't be going anywhere else!
The worst food I've ever had from jade wok. Sweet and sour sauce just strong red vinegar.kung po beef tasteless and full of cashew nuts and green pepper which I asked them to leave out due to allergy. Chicken balls raw batter inside. Salt and chilli chips were normal chips sprinkled with Chinese salt you can buy at the supermarket. After all that it was all stone cold and most of it went in the bin. Nearly £30 down the drain. Don't order online as you only have to ring up with card details another ploy for CASH ONLY.
Travelled 4 hours to stay at a local hotel too late for food so picked up salt chilli chicken and fried rice. The worst food ever the chicken was all dry and just crispy with no chicken and the rice so bland.

absolutely disgraceful phoned tonight at 6.40 for food delivery wss told on the phone be 45 minutes at most nearly hour and half later no sign of food and phone lines busy constantly
Brilliant Chinese. Service is always prompt and polite. Never ever had a bad dish from here. Probabaly best Chinese I've ever came across.
Terrible place, gone down hill massively. Used to use this place all the time but it seems to get worse and worse each time we go back to see if things have improved. The staff are so rude and disrespectful. There are much better options just round the corner that deliver faster with much nicer food. Please go back to how it used to be.
Very disappointing experience. Won't be going back. Last night ordered crispy duck but when home we realised we were missing the veggies and hoisin sauce. Without these it's useless but didn't want the rest of our meal to go cold so we rang afterwards to explain and was told they could make another one up for us either straight away or at a later date. So I rang today to order this and was told they would only give me the veggies and sauce. Crispy Duck once it goes cold doesn't taste very good. So what good is getting the veg and sauce? He was extremely rude and when I said I would never be returning he said that's fine and hung up. We are not disappointed we won't be returning because the quality has been going down hill. The Singapore Chow Mein was almost too salty to eat and we regularly feel disappointed in something whenever we order from there.
