   My parents are huge fans of this restaurant so they decided to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary there. I was so impressed by the service. There were 16 of us and everyone's courses came out the same time without issue. Food was excellent. Staff were welcoming, friendly and funny. I can see why my folks love it so much.

   Wowsers! What an absolute treat this place is. Caerphilly's best kept secret! This is the second time I've been here and am absolutely blown away by the whole experience. The staff immediately greeted you and made you feel so welcome. We were shown to our table immediately and our drink order was taken, while we looked at the menu. Whilst deciding our food, out of the many options on the set lunch menu, we were given complimentary appetizers, olives and bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. To start, I had the mussels in a garlic and white wine sauce (Cozza mediterranea) and they were amazing! They were so hot and fresh and there was plenty of them. For the main, I ordered the chicken breast in a mushroom and tarragon sauce (pollo alla linda) but opted for the chips. They were a great choice and were clearly homemade, something you don't see all to often these days. The chicken was incredibly tender and the sauce was next level! For dessert, I decided on an Irish Coffee which hit the spot. When waiting for the bill to arrive, we were given Limoncellos, a nice touch. We were served by both the owners, Ernesto and Fortunato and the service, along with the atmosphere and food was second to none. You could look at any table in the restaurant and see everyone talking, eating and laughing. Clearly loving it all too. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you.

   Lived in Caerphilly 11+ years and have never been here. Decided to change that and went this week. Lovely service. Went for my mums birthday and the range of vegetarian and vegan options were fantastic. Would have liked more potatoes and less veg with the steak and a wider range of sauces, but it was cooked to perfection. Starters were amazing, would have liked slightly more prawns and slightly less tomatoes and salad - for £10.50

   My first time at Volare. Celebrating with my twin sister on our 70th Birthday. Beautiful setting, very warm atmosphere and excellent service. The food was stunning. We had the seafood sharing platter which was really fresh. Followed by their Carbonara. The waiters helped us to celebrate with a complimentary liqueur and a strawberry with a candle in for both of us. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant to try other food on their menu.

   What an Unbelievable experience my son had for his 18th birthday. The best Italian food i have ever tasted. I'd even stick my neck out and say the best food I've ever tasted. The staff were nothing short of brilliant. When the drumroll started and the staff came round clapping and singing happy birthday we were all completely amazed and my son will never forget it. I really can't recommend Volare highly enough. Thank you all for such a magically memorable experience

   Finally managed to book to come to Volare, and it didn't disappoint. Great atmosphere, clean and safe, fantastic food and service. We loved everything! Linguine Marinara was perfect as was my husband's sirloin steak. Something for everyone on the menu. Thank you very much!
