I contacted him regarding a difficult equity release mortgage, which two mortgage brokers had been unable to complete over a period of ten months.    Wow, where do I start! The Mortgage advisor that was handling my case was called Vincent. Vincent was so helpful from the beginning to the end of the sale and made the entire process positive and makes you feel in safe hands. (I was purchasing a house). I first spoke to him around a year before I actually brought my house, I had started looking for advice and just information in general about mortgages and buying a house because I didn't have a clue. I spent about an hour on the phone to Vince where he just walked me through the entire process of buying a house, what to do, what order to do it etc. He then let me know when I start the process or find a house to let him know and he'll start the process with me. When I finally found my house, Vincent let me know the next steps straight away, it was all very simple and straight forward with Vince! We applied for my mortgage and everything was approved pretty quickly as Vince made sure I had all the information they'd need and we spoke before hand about financials. Vince also is super proactive, he doesn't wait for problems or questions to arise, he's totally on the ball! Then onwards as always there were some set backs (due to the sellers and solicitors), but Vince was always on-top of everything, chasing when he needed to, giving advice through out the entire process and would always try and lift spirits when it got really tough! Lastly, the mortgage rate I ended up with wasn't the best due to covid, however as soon as the sale went through, Vince emailed me straight away reassuring me, he'd be reaching out close to the time of my fixed rate ending to look into other mortgages if need be. Overall I couldn't of asked for a better mortgage advisor when buying my first home. If you're getting your first I highly recommend Vince, he was a dream to work with, I will be forever thankful!
