They are thieves froze my account with over 10k in it and it’s been a month now that i can’t withdraw my money. Losing my business because of them . I have already filed a complaint against them to watchdogs that they are stealing people’s money.

Contrary to everyone's opinion about this bank, i see them as fraudulent. i opened account with them for my second business. the account was opened next day and cancelled just immediately after i paid 60 pounds 1 year subscription without letting me know the reason. imagine this bank taking 60 pounds from 1m people and cancelling their account?
I had a problem in this morning. My card was blocked for genuine payments. I call them and they was amazing. They give me all info that i need and they put a lot of question about my identity but is for my protection so was ok. Thank you Amaiz.
I never write reviews but I am very grateful for the customer service I received yesterday. Over the last 3months, I was doing a lot of Christmas shopping. After recently reviewing my statement, I realised a lot of money was coming from places I’ve never been/or shopped online with. Once I rang the bank, they were able to confirm what was happening and investigated it straight away. They sorted out blocking my bank details, getting me a new card and refunding me straight away which I thought being the time of year wouldn’t be possible. They also reassured me that they will continue investing on how this has happened. They were very helpful which I really appreciated and very thorough with their work.
Had a small business account for 4-5 months. Easy to use website. Telephone enquiries always answered promptly and well handled. Did have a discussion regarding overdraft charges - which were my fault but I thought a little harsh - and they were really helpful and quick to resolve. Absolutely no qualms - I wont be switching anytime soon. Overall really good experience in the last three or so years with this bank The online banking is really effective and user friendly and their fraud department is really through
