   Been ordering from this place at least 4 times per month for 3 years. Always on time, the servings are big, prices are low for the amount and quality that you get. I tasted almost everything from the menu and loved all of the dishes. Never in 3 years I had a bad experience with them/their food. Big fan of this place and actually right now I am waiting on their delivery for 2 cheeseburgers which are one of the biggest I’ve ever bought compared to other restaurants.

   Waited over an hour to receive this burnt rubbish. The bottom of this completely black Went down to the restaurant to have it replaced. Staff was agreeable to replace it but tried to blame it on a driver being assaulted. Don’t care if your a driver down, there is no excuse for the food to even leave the kitchen in less than edible condition. As for the driver that came…refused to come up to my door and stood at the bottom of the flat shouting up and disturbed the other residents. Thought I’d give you guys another chance after receiving a burnt pizza last year and then breaking my tooth on a handful of overdone fries. Won’t be back again. Stay clear at all costs.

   Most of the food was cold - chips were very unpleasant. Nachos were almost mush by the time they arrived, usual dip missing and salsa on nachos so over garlicked that it is the only taste. Mistake with an item - sent meat in place of vegetable dish as website ordering is not clear (we have had this a lot in the past but they used to deal with it well). Lady on the phone was not polite and seemed more interested in shouting at the cook than helping. Also more bothered that we return the incorrect food despite the fact they can’t reuse it. Very disappointed as we have always enjoyed the food here but won’t be returning. Delivery driver very friendly and apologetic even though not his fault.

   First time I've ordered from here. Absolutely inedible. Came cold and burnt. Ordered through Uber and had part of my meal missing. Came later ice cold and also burnt. Very disappointed, please see photos. I recommend nothing but Google is making me select to post my review

   Having previously ordered a number of times over the years I have always had an OK opinion of thw food. Previously some issues in the past were that it was oily, mince not great and nachos soggy etc. Now they have moved there seems to be a new life to the place. I ordered the sharer for 2 and everything was exceptional. The con carne tasted great (specifically the quality and flavour of beef mince), the chicken fresh, the cheese was like cheese (not the fake stuff), the nachos were actually corn and crispy and overall 10/10 for flavour. I also pre ordered for 7 and it turned up at 7! Would recommend but order off the site not just eat! There would be photos, but I ate everything
