   Cold food delivered. Answer I got was 'well I dont know how' Will not be ordering again.restaurant clearly prefers to lose money through a just eat refund rather than a customer giving them the chance to sort it themselves.

   NEVER AGAIN - H&S need to pay a visit Cold inedible disgusting food, missing items, sauce split all over delivered items. Do not bother calling the restaurant, you will be told your wrong and that your food isn't cold or uncooked/overcooked. Over an hour and a half later that predicted time, which explain why it was stone cold!

   Ordered chicken curry chow mien and spare ribs. atrocious curry mostly onion watery tasteless.Rice was lumpy horrible chow mien ok but meal was cold. Went in the bin £19 stay well clear of this takeaway worst meal I’ve ever had Ian h heckmondwike

   Ordered at 6.10pm, got told would be delivered 7.10pm, at 7.30pm nothing had arrived. Asked for an update. Told me 7.45pm. that time came and went. Phoned just eat to complain, then also phoned the restraint, greeted by the most unhelpful person who asked "well do you want your order or not" not a single apology. I have a 7 year old who was waiting for tea on our treat night. She'd chosen the food and by the time it arrived she'd already eaten something else as she was too hungry to wait, can you imagine after 2 hours?! Such a shame as the food is quite nice, even a courtesy call would have helped, if we had known at 6pm it would be this long we could have made an informed decision to either wait it out or cancel, if we had chosen to wait this feedback could have been enrirely different as it would havebeen our own choice. It's just pure bad customer service, don't work in a role like this if you cannot fulfill your requirements. Can't say ill be rushing back nor recommending to any friends or family.
