   Due to a recent change in work circumstances I've had to visit this shop quite a few times recently. On each occasion I've been met with friendly, polite & efficient service. It's so rare to have outstanding service on the high street so felt compelled to write a review and share my experience. The thing is the professionalism is consistent throughout the staff which I can only assume trickles down from management of the branch. Chloe has been such a gem in this tricky time for me. Imran once noticed I was in distress while suffering excruciating stomach cramps. In a random act of kindness, he came over and first asked if I was alright and then offered me a bottle of fresh bottled water. Not only did this ease the pain but the gesture improved my wellbeing all round. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work. You're worth your weights in gold.

   Nancy is so helpful, my first time ever being to a pawn shop and she explained everything well till I understood everything. So polite and gave me a warm experience that I’m every thankful for. Please go and ask for her 10/10

   Goggle review H&T George Street I was having trouble finding somewhere to cash my cheque so I googled it online and H&T George street came up. I was greeted with a friendly environment, the staff there were so nice especially Jade, she explained cheque processing clearly to me and it was a really quick and easy process. I will be recommending my daughter to go here to buy FX as she is going on holiday soon and the exchange rates are exceptional.

   Ive had to use this service a few times & all I can say is the Staff ... Countess, Chloe, Carol, Bernice & Sachelle are AMAZING! Every time I come in the shop they are Always Super friendly while maintaining a professional manner! For me it is hard to pawn my jewellery, but they have Always made me feel at ease. They even suggest I pay monthly to ease the pressure on my purse. Plus they have a western union so they even help you help your family and friends abroad. I don’t know about any other pawn shop, but I can say the one in West Croydon London Road is the place to bring your business. Honestly The Company should be Grateful to have the staff there as employees!!
