“Due to a recent change in work circumstances I've had to visit this shop quite a few times recently. On each occasion I've been met with friendly, polite & efficient service. It's so rare to have outstanding service on the high street so felt compelled to write a review and share my experience. The thing is the professionalism is consistent throughout the staff which I can only assume trickles down from management of the branch. Chloe has been such a gem in this tricky time for me. Imran once noticed I was in distress while suffering excruciating stomach cramps. In a random act of kindness, he came over and first asked if I was alright and then offered me a bottle of fresh bottled water. Not only did this ease the pain but the gesture improved my wellbeing all round. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work. You're worth your weights in gold.”
